I’ve been a member of this community for over a year and I really enjoy it. There’s a nice brotherhood that will encourage and hold you accountable, (if you’re willing to put yourself out there).  
I was shocked that Kamil actually scheduled a one on one meeting to get to know me when I joined to learn my goals, where I was at with regards to exercise/calisthenics and actually put together my first training program. Much respect! 
He regularly posts challenges and other healthful advice.
