Money Mojo Framework
Your Money Mojo is directly tied to your Sales Mojo. Your Sales Mojo is tied to your Lead Gen Mojo. Your Lead Gen Mojo is tied to your IOI Mojo. Your IOI Mojo is tied to your Pre-selling Mojo. And you can’t Pre-Sell anyone if you don’t have an audience to pre-sell. So… Lemme put it another way… Cuz… This is tres importante to LEADers financial future. Audience 👉 Pre-Sell 👉 IOI 👉 Lead 👉 Sale 👉 $$$ That is the Money Mojo framework. Every cash flow crunch I’ve ever helped fix was because they had missing pieces in that framework. There are lots of ways to use the framework… One of my faves is the auction framework… Because the structure of the auction does most of the work for me. The bidders in the auction do the PRE-Selling. The bids themselves are IOIs. We turn the IOIs into leads, sales and money after the auction. We typically convert 30% to 80% of the bidders into $ales. LEADer @Leandro Langeani just took someone else’s audience and ran an auction. 44 bidders and 16 sales (36% conversion) for $60,000+ Not a dime in ad spend. The audience was already there. This was new “found money.” I call that Money Mojo! Hope this helps. Questions? Rooting for Ya, Travis

Dem bones, dem bones, dem dry bones, I hear the word of the lord! 😁
⚠️ LEADers: Don't make this mistake with your DMs ⚠️
I hadn’t liked even one of their posts. Commented on anything. Asked them a question. Shown ANY interest in what they sell. Yet within two messages... They’d already decided what my problem was: “𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗮𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝘀 𝘆𝗼𝘂’𝘃𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗱...” Errrr... based on WHAT? 😂 They hadn’t asked me ANYTHING They just dropped a diagnosis into my inbox... then pointed me towards an offer. And even after saying “no thanks” They still kept pushing. But the thing that REALLY annoyed me… They weren’t listening. 👉🏻 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵 𝗮 𝘀𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁. Message one. Message two. Link. Follow-up. Push again. My replies didn’t matter! And that’s why this kind of outreach doesn’t work. Because the person on the other side can FEEL when they’re being processed. There was no indicator of interest. No curiosity. No attempt to understand context. And even when I said: “No thank you.” the script kept rolling. Good outreach should feel like a conversation. That means paying attention to what the other person is giving you. If they lean in... keep talking. If they ask... answer. If they show interest... explore it. And if they say: “No thanks.” LISTEN and READ THE FRIGGIN' ROOM 😆 We’re not about ramming every single contact toward the offer. We’re about noticing who is already showing an IOI and have a real conversation with them. And if you’re already in premium learning how to do this? Thank you! We appreciate your support!

They're livin' in the imaginary world of their own assumptions (I USED live in that world)😉
Sell what people want or need? 🤔
When to comes to creating an offer would you sell what everybody wants? Or would you sell what the want with and option of what they need as well? Example: I’m in the fitness industry and a lot of people want to lose weight quick. They can, but the only thing is they aren’t likely to stick with a strict enough plan. Should I sell what they want or does that just mean I should cater to people that are moreso wanting to change the habits which will take a little bit longer, difference is when they lose the weight they’ll keep it off forever.

As @Chris Dyson says, transformation is a HARD sell. As you're discovering, @Jordan Stubblefield . 👀 These are the thoughts that can cascade through someone's mind when you expect them to make the journey in one giant leap: Can I actually get there? Will this work for me? How does it work? How long will it take? What will I have to do? What could go wrong? That's a hell of a lot of uncertainty to ask someone to swallow in one gulp. But segment the journey into smaller, meaningful steps... ...and each completed step gives them another piece of evidence: “I CAN do this.” “This IS working.” “Maybe I really CAN get there.” The bridge doesn't become shorter. It becomes easier to cross because they're proving to themselves, step by step, that they can make it to the other side. Hope this helps. It's more or less what Chris @Tan Hopper and @Carlos Rosario have said but arranged differently 😉
Secured my first coffee date in just 6 outreach messages!
Hey guys, I used Travis's Outreach AMA framework (personal point, business point, hot buttons) to research and message skool group owners... Six messages later, I had my first coffee date booked with a total stranger. Now I'm gonna combine outreach with LOD training to book more coffees to land partners I can run auctions for.

How do I secure this coffee date?
Hey guys, I'm not in Ronin yet, so I'm posting this here for some feedback. I'm trying to secure my first coffee date. (I've attached photos of the convo below) I want to see if it makes sense to run an auction for this gentleman here. But I didn't tell him "AUCTION" because I recently found Travis's Outreach AMA and he mentions not to talk about your product. Instead, talk about what they want and their hot buttons. That's what I did instead, and it's working! Now he mentions he has a setter and closer, and wants to know what I have in mind. I know if I give him too much detail about my product, or ignore the fact that he says he has a setter, I might not get the coffee. So should I tell him about the auction? Should I just tell him I'll fund everything, not a dime out of his pocket? How would you guys go about answering this to secure the coffee date?

I'd throw in something that would spark his curiosity, for example: Ever walked into a police station? What about a church? And how do you feel when you enter Disney World? What most people are unaware of is... ...these environments are deliberately designed to evoke specific responses from people. 👉That's the interesting bit👈 But, what if you could engineer the environment around your offer so that people experienced it differently before they'd even made a conscious decision about buying? Sounds a bit hypey, I know... But that's not the point. 😉 The point is, context changes perception, and perception changes behaviour. It's a deep subject, one that's hard to explain fully in DM's
