🏐 VOLLEYBALL | Live Swing Review EJ
Hey EJ. Welcome and lets get started.🤜. I see some good things here starting with your approach. Your back past the 10ft line and getting good forward momentum into your approach. The next think I want you to work on is getting open. Let's focus now on getting the middle of your chest and shoulders open and specifically to point to the right sideline. This will get the right arm back behind you more, create more of a stretch, and create more power.💥 Let's go!💪 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ldGu1v3fpsaXBJlZCN-CEtPI0uMszud7/view?usp=drive_link

🏐 VOLLEYBALL | Live Swing Review NM
Hey NM. Welcome and let's get started.👍. I like that you are using rotation to create power. That's good because now we can focus on creating more roation to create even more power. I'm attaching a video to show you what I want you to work on with your footwork. This will help you to get open more to the right sideline. Let's go!🤜 @Aaron Mustain https://drive.google.com/file/d/1ldGu1v3fpsaXBJlZCN-CEtPI0uMszud7/view?usp=drive_link

🏐 VOLLEYBALL | Live Swing Review
Hey Layla. I really like some of the things I'm seeing. Your getting great rotation with your hips and landing with the belly button pointed to the left antenna.💪. Continue working on getting open to the right sideline. I would like to see the elbow back behind you more along with the elbow at 90 degrees. Keep it up.🙌 https://drive.google.com/file/d/1NsXLt_WxQ3MQy155L6VvQ-_qpYtrKBe2/view?usp=drive_link
🏐 VOLLEYBALL | Live Swing Review AV
Hey AV. Your rotation is great. Now let's use that rotation to create power by getting yourself open. I would like to see the belly point to the right antenna when you leave the ground and the chest and shoulders to the right sideline in the air. Making an adjustment to your footwork will help you to do this. Check out the video that will give you a good visual of this. Keep at it AV!🤜 @Alayha Vander Veen
