Planning a weekly mastermind call
No agenda, just a catch up. We normally talk about whats happening, whats working right now and what not to do! I will come back with a date on this and add it to the calendar. Right now I am thinking 4pm GMT Thursdays. You in? Let me know.

Start Here: Get The Framework Free, Then Unlock The Rest
If this is your first time on this page, do this before anything else: download the 10-Step Freedom Framework Workbook. One page per step, the exact gate questions from the book, space for your own answers. Free. No sign-up required. Nothing to wait for. 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝗶𝘁, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗿𝘁 𝗦𝘁𝗲𝗽 𝟭 𝘁𝗼𝗱𝗮𝘆. → Download the 10-Step Freedom Framework Workbook That workbook is yours. It's the foundation everything else on this page sits on top of. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝗻 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 Everything past the workbook needs one thing from you: introduce yourself. It takes under a minute, and it unlocks immediately — no waiting, no review, nobody getting back to you later. The moment you do it, Level 1 opens: Cast Off, your Start Here path for wherever you are on the six stages of business, the key lessons that go with it, and The Hold. → Introduce yourself and unlock Level 1 below. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗛𝗼𝗹𝗱 The Hold is the classroom where the full toolkit lives — the tools built to sit alongside specific chapters and specific steps of the Freedom Framework. It doesn't all sit open at once. Every week, one tool comes out of The Hold and sits there free for seven days. Miss the week, and it goes back. A different one takes its place next week. That's the only reason to check back. The Hold won't look different from the outside. What's unlocked inside it will be. 𝗨𝗡𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗞𝗘𝗗 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞 𝗜𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗛𝗢𝗟𝗗 — 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘 𝗧𝗛𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗚𝗛 𝗦𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬 The First Five Customers Interview Kit 25 discovery questions, a word-for-word call script, a scoring system, and the tracker that tells you exactly which five people to build for first. — Twenty-five discovery questions, arranged in five blocks, built to get people talking honestly about a real problem before you've said a single word about your idea. — A word-for-word call script for the entire conversation — the opening, the pivot into pitching, and both versions of the close — so you're never improvising on a call that matters.

The extra bonus of a mastermind is the development of the extra mind in the room, which is the effect of thinking in a group and how we tend to think outside of the box.

The. power of the mastermind in action again. I would never have suggested (remembered) if we were not in the zone.
What is your business objective
I am curious as although many start a business to generate an income of I am certainly guilty there many who start a business for other reasons. For instance I can think of a person who for reasons of care has lots of time available, but has to be present, and so leaving the house and having a job is impossible, so to here it is about making the most of her time to the benefit of the family business. Another is wildly upset about the way the industry works and want to do things the right way, and although would love to make a profit would be delighted just to break even. Then there are those who started for a reason, got to a point of regularity and realise they might have established a sustainable business. If you have a moment, tell me where you are on the scale, and tell me, have you worked out what comes next for you? Typically there are five stages. In my experience these are getting started (5 base customers), converting customers to regular clients, networking (to get referral business), positioning (to get leads to come to you), followed by hiring your first staff (a sales or admin person).

There is a difficult tension with non profits, but the issue is that the non-profit cannot be a drain, and typically are, so there is a need for discipline and it turns out the disciplines are extremely similar to running a business. Or, you spend time trying to raise money from donors which often still needs to be justified, which lands as a different route to the similarity. I.e, donors want to know their money is spent well, and have opinions about distribution. You end up in similar territory, checklists, operating procedures, targets, customer knowledge/demographic information. Time management, resource allocation. Either that or it is massively disorganised, as we often see, and then the non-profit is chastised for waste.
Before your next call, try this.
Got a client conversation coming up? Before it happens, write down two things: what you think they'll object to, and what you actually suspect the real objection is underneath it. Then join me on Wednesday's call (Price work you have never done before) and tell us which one was true. No prep, no script. Just write it down before the conversation starts.

hey Paul, Go for it. It is very nice to second guess an outcome and get it right. It is also pretty neat when something unexpected happens. Either way it keeps you sharp and builds your perceptive instincts. A slightly pro move is to imagine the outcome you don't want to hear and prepare for that too. For example a reverse sales pitch. Which when you consider it clearly may not be bad if you can turn it into an outcome that is useful for both parties. No can mean yes in a good way!
