Do companies need funding before they can really afford developers in the US?
Something I’ve been curious about lately. From my experience working with different software projects, development can become one of the biggest costs for a growing company. But not every business has raised money. Some companies are bootstrapped. Some are already making revenue. Others are still trying to get the product into the market. So I wonder how this works in the US. Do most companies wait until they raise investment before building a proper development team? Or are profitable small businesses comfortable investing in developers from their own revenue? Curious to hear from people actually running companies there. How do you usually think about this?

@Happiness Sun I would be glad to help no matter where someone is in the world. Feel free to connect, especially it's helpful for me to learn and create networks outside of the US so that I can eventually do work Internationally.

@Happiness Sun These guys have the setting set to Lvl. 9 in order to directly chat. So, we're going to have to work another strategy.
Locked in a 32-SFH Portfolio Deal as a Transactional Funder
Hi everyone, just locked in a Transactional Funding deal for a portfolio of properties. 32 SFH properties minus the four she already has under agreement. I also spoke with the seller to get an understanding of why he's selling all of these properties and why he wants to get rid of them all. I also spoke to the buyer's realtor (and the buyer herself) and she and I hit it off immediately 💯 Just wanted to share a Win, and to give you all motivation. I feel like I'm getting traction. This will be my working project, along with the investor I'm helping to get a 30-unit townhouse complex and my realtor friend in Michigan. I'm actively still accepting offers. Comments or DMs are welcome. Going to post this in every group. Also, I want to thank this group for being here. You were the first group I joined because of the activity I was doing and also because of @Landree Morby . I'm her largest Fan 🙂🙂🙏🏾
