A lot of change is coming to ScaledMail AND this group!
I know this group's been a bit quiet but that's going to change. We've been hard at work at ScaledMail HQ on new capabilities that will benefit everyone here. Be on the lookout for lots more content and capabilities from ScaledMail over the next few months through the end of the year. Very excited to share what we're working on with all of you!

@Sharjeel Hashmi we all are
Microsoft deliverability
Hey, my Outlook deliverability has dropped pretty hard over the last few weeks. The inboxes were warmed up from Aug 26 at 16 warmup emails/day, and we started sending campaigns on Sep 17 at around 20 cold emails per domain/day. At first, reply rates from Microsoft recipients were around 7.5%, but within about three weeks they dropped to below 1%. Current setup: 125 Outlook inboxes across 5 domains, 25 inboxes per domain, plus 18 Google inboxes. German B2B, mainly industrial companies. Plain text, no links, verified lists, bounce rate under 1%. Warmup and sending settings were based on the Scaledmail help center, so 16 warmup emails/day and 5 cold emails per inbox/day. What stands out is that the drop only happened with Microsoft recipients. Google and other providers stayed around 5%. It also seems to correlate pretty clearly with volume per domain: ~20/day → 7.5% reply rate ~37/day → 5.5% ~50/day → 1.6% ~80/day → 0.8% Total sending volume was around 500–650 cold emails/day. Two domains got hit especially hard: 0 replies from 218 Microsoft recipients and 2 replies from 205 since Sep 28. Today I cut warmup from 16 to 5 and reduced Microsoft volume to around 20 emails per domain/day. All 14 of my Scaledmail domains (Outlook and Google) are on the SURBL abuse list, Spamhaus DBL is clean. My older domains from another provider are clean and had the best reply rates. Does that matter for Microsoft, and should swapped domains be checked before I get them? Appreciate any advice

@Mika Wiesmann might be able to help you out here.did you run a placement test on these?

@Mika Wiesmann that's not surprising. Microsoft has more aggressive copy filtering than Google it seems. The nice thing about this scenario is that what you're telling me sounds more like copy filtering. If you are able to find a variant that does not get blocked by Microsoft, it should sail through. If you had true infrastructure issues, Google would have worse results as well
