The difference between High and Low vibrational people
I just came across this post, and I think it nicely captures both the scientific and spiritual perspectives on energy. It’s a bit long, but I’m sure you can handle it:-) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Spirituality and science, two things that spend most of their time arguing with each other when they’re actually trying to explain the same stuff from different angles. i’m deep into psychology and neuroscience as you all know by now. that’s obvious from everything I write. What usually catches people off guard is when i tell them i’m equally deep into spirituality. i’m not religious in the traditional sense. but i find it genuinely fascinating and i take practical wisdom from every holy text i’ve read. the bible, the quran, the bhagavad gita, the tao te ching. those books are loaded with psychological and philosophical insight that holds up regardless of whether you share the theology. the wisdom is real. you’d be a fool to dismiss it just because of the packaging. but the thing people really don’t expect from me is this. i fully believe in energies. chakras. auras. life force. qi. prana. the breath of life. the idea that the human body carries and projects something beyond what’s visible. and i know how that sounds coming from someone who talks about prefrontal cortex function and dopamine receptor sensitivity for fun. here’s the thing though. when you actually look at the science, the gap between what spirituality calls energy and what physics calls energy is a lot smaller than most people think. your body produces and uses energy constantly through adenosine triphosphate. ATP is the cellular currency that drives every biological process you have. your heart generates an electromagnetic field measurable several feet outside your body. your nervous system operates through electrical signals and neurons create measurable electromagnetic fields. you radiate approximately 145 watts of heat and infrared radiation continuously.

HEADPHONES .... WHICH ONES.
All you need in life is a good bed, a comfy pair of shoes and a good pair of headphones Two things I adjusted for accuracy: I used "AirPods Max" for the product name, and I added a tip to turn Spatial Audio off. Spatial Audio blends the left and right channels, which can weaken the ear-to-ear effect your tracks rely on. 🎧 Why Your Headphones Matter for Our Meditations A lot of you have asked what headphones to use, so here's a simple guide. Why headphones matter The meditations are built to move from ear to ear. Each ear receives a slightly different tone, and your brain responds to the difference between them. That's what gently guides you into deeper states of relaxation, focus or sleep. It only works when each ear hears its own channel clearly, so headphones aren't optional. Speakers won't do it. Frequency response This is the range of sound a pair of headphones can play, from the deepest lows to the highest highs. Human hearing covers roughly 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz, so look for headphones that cover at least that. Cheaper headphones often lose the deep bass tones and the delicate high shimmer layered into the music, which means you're missing part of the experience. In-ear vs over-ear - Over-ear cushions sit around your ears. They're usually more comfortable for long sessions and give a more open, spacious sound. This is my preference for meditation. - In-ear buds are good for travel and for lying on your side, but they can get uncomfortable over 40+ minutes, and cheaper ones lose a lot of the low end. Noise cancellation This blocks out the world around you: traffic, fridge hum, household noise. It's brilliant for going deep, especially if your space isn't completely quiet. It's not essential, though. A quiet room works too. Comfort Some of our sessions run 40–80 minutes. If your headphones pinch or get hot, your body won't fully let go. Soft cushions and a light fit make a real difference. Wired vs Bluetooth - Wired gives the purest sound quality. There's no battery to die mid-session and no dropouts. - Bluetooth is more convenient, but the sound is compressed slightly. Good Bluetooth headphones still work well, just keep them charged.
