Hello, I’m Derek Mortensen currently in Fruita Colorado. I’m looking to make a move down south, probably to northern Florida in the near future. I have hopes to raise capital for bigger deals, but since I’m a bit of a handyman I figure I could potentially get into property management and property maintenance as a side hustle until the capital raising takes off.
