🎡 X marks the moment… Let’s turn the Wheel on 10/10!
The Wheel of Fortune is card X or number 10 in the Major Arcana of the Tarot. It speaks of fate, fortune and life’s changing cycles: the doors that close, the opportunities that appear and the unexpected turns that change our direction. In numerology, 10 reduces to 1, connecting the completion of one cycle with the beginning of another. A fitting card to explore on 10/10! You might think of October 10 (10/10) as a symbolic “portal”: a threshold where we pause, notice what’s changing and consider what we’re ready to step into. What feels ready to turn in your life? 🚪 Before our live masterclass on Saturday, October 10 at 20:00 UK time, let’s do a quick check-in with the card! Take a moment to look at the card. Let your eyes wander… 🔍 Which symbol catches your attention first? 💭 What does it make you think of or feel? 🎡 If the Wheel could say one thing to you today, what would it be? No need to look up a meaning! Start with a color, a creature, a shape or a feeling. Whether you’re new to Tarot or have been reading for years, I would love to hear what you notice! Share your first impression in the comments, then have a look at someone else’s. Did they spot something you missed? 👇 Want to explore further? Join us tomorrow for Unveiling the Arcana: The Wheel of Fortune, where we will explore the card’s history, symbolism and connections to our own lives. Premium and VIP memberships include access to the live masterclass, so if you’re in either tier, come along and join us! 📅 Check the Calendar for the joining details. Let’s see where the Wheel takes us! 🎡

Hello!
🃏 Two Tarot Tasters This Week! (Say That Fast!)
One of the things I’ve loved most about building Arcana & Insight on Skool is discovering just how many brilliant people are out there doing their thing, following their passions and honouring their gifts. And this week, I get to collaborate with two of them! We have a Tarot Taster on Wednesday with the wonderful @Jennie Sikes from Rise & Align Lounge, followed by another on Thursday with the fantastic @Danielle Freeman from Embodied Intuitive Academy. Jennie and Danielle were actually two of the first people I started engaging with when I began building this community on Skool, and I haven’t looked back since! Please give them both a follow, check out their communities and show them some love. They each bring so much knowledge, warmth and engagement to the spaces they’re creating. So, what exactly is a Tarot Taster? It’s really simple: we get to meet each other, talk a little Tarot, and you get the chance to bring ONE question for the cards for free! No Tarot experience is needed. Bring your curiosity and preferably an open-ended question, as these tend to give us much more to explore than a simple yes or no. Love? Career? A creative project? A decision you’re wrestling with? An opportunity? A recurring pattern? Personal or spiritual growth? Bring it along. I’ll read for as many people as we can fit into the hour, although submitting a question won’t guarantee we’ll have time to get to everyone. 🔮 First up: Wednesday with Jennie! 📅 Wednesday, September 30 ⏰ 5:00 PM ET / 10:00 PM UK 💻 Live on Zoom 🎟️ FREE and open to everyone 🔮 Then: Thursday with Danielle! 📅 Thursday, October 1 ⏰ 4:00 PM ET / 9:00 PM UK 💻 Live on Zoom 🎟️ FREE and open to everyone You’ll find all the joining details for both Tarot Tasters in the Skool Calendar. Come to one…or come to both! Different people, different questions, different energy, and who knows what the cards might have to say.

I really hope to be there! I just have to try to fit it between work and my son's soccer practice.

We’ve had five lovely new faces join Arcana & Insight recently, so please help me give them a very warm welcome! And, of course, I have a question for each of you so we can get to know you a little better... ⭐ @Desirae Peral I love that you’re exploring different kinds of energy work and allowing positive, light-filled energy to guide you! Since you’re experimenting and discovering what calls to you, what kind of energy or spiritual practice are you most curious to explore next? ⭐ @Gabriela Villarino Welcome, Gabriela! I love that you describe yourself as having a heart for service, alongside your experience in both real estate and the legal field. What brought you into this community, and what are you hoping to explore while you’re here? ⭐ @Renato Dias It was such a pleasure meeting you in person at Waterstones, Renato, and now having you join us here too! You mentioned being on a path of self-discovery and spiritual growth, with peace and love at the heart of it. What has been opening up for you lately on that journey? ⭐ @Kelly Neuman Kelly, you’ve left us with a little mystery with simply “I’m Kelly” in your profile, so I’m taking that as permission to ask more! What brought you to Arcana & Insight, and what would you most love to explore or learn while you’re here? ⭐ @Valerie D. Welcome, Valerie! I already know two things: vegan + cat mom, which feels like a pretty fabulous introduction! Tell us about your cat (or cats!)and what sparked your interest in joining a Tarot and intuitive community? 🎉 🥳 And since we’ve officially hit 50 members, let’s celebrate the Tarot way! Please give our five newest members some love in the comments, and if you have a Tarot or Oracle deck nearby, pull a card for the community and share what you get! (I’m looking at you, @Dan Mott, with that new deck that keeps giving you the King of Swords! ⚔️)

@Lee Hendricks I just finished a medium mentorship and I've been taking intuitive Tarot classes. I'd love to learn how to meld the two together. It would be more fun if I could throw some astrology in there, too. I'm trying to stay with what I'm currently interested in rather than fly down too many rabbit holes all at once, though I did spend a good portion of the weekend looking up Astrocartography. 🤣

@Lee Hendricks I'm not sure yet, I haven't hashed it out that far. I'm hoping to join you over on Rise & Align tomorrow, but I'm not sure if it will pan out due to soccer. I've met @Skyler Pyzynski and am friends with @Jennie Sikes . I can't wait to meet more people! I still feel new at the medium thing and the tarot thing, but I'm gaining confidence. 💖
🎂 Happy Birthday, Mabel Collins!
Today, September 9, marks the birthday of Mabel Collins (1851–1927) who was a writer, occultist, Theosophist, animal-welfare campaigner… and a woman with a rather fascinating place in the history of Western esotericism. But how much do you know about her? TRIVIA TIME! 1. Mabel Collins wrote more than 40 books, but which spiritual text became her most famous work? A) The Secret Doctrine B) Light on the Path C) The Mystical Qabalah 2. Which famous occultist did Collins work alongside before the relationship spectacularly broke down? A) Pamela Colman Smith B) Aleister Crowley C) Helena Petrovna Blavatsky And here's a bonus question: What on earth does Mabel Collins have to do with a magazine called Lucifer? You'll find the answers, and the rather interesting story behind them, in this month's Month in Magic inside the Skool Classroom. 🗓️ Month in Magic is a FREE resource exploring the people, celebrations, anniversaries and moments that have shaped Tarot, spirituality, occultism, and multi-faith beliefs and traditions around the world. From mystics and Tarot creators to sacred festivals, spiritual traditions and some wonderfully unexpected stories, there’s always another reason to look at the calendar a little differently. Head into the Classroom → Month in Magic and discover what else September has waiting for you. Because sometimes an ordinary date has a rather extraordinary story behind it.
🎂 Happy Birthday, Mabel Collins!

@Anne Iglesias I just read this, and didn't know who she was either. Although I just joined the group, I would have thought the same thing. 🤣
