@Jim Justice joined this free group on March 3. Last week YouTube monetized him. On March 3, a guy I never met before name Jim joined PYOB. Free. Same as you. When he joined, I asked what problem he'd solve first if he had a magic wand. He wrote one word. Overthinking. Ten days later he joined Mindset Skool. Four days after that he came back in here and wrote a post telling all of you why. It's linked right here if you want to read it. The last line is the whole thing. "This is the choice I made, no regrets. You have to decide for yourself." April 4 he joined my mastermind. That's YouTube Sales School now. Then he went to work. He opened his own Skool community. He started making YouTube videos. And I want to be straight with you, because this part matters. It did not go smooth. Nine videos. Five subscribers. Most people quit right there. Honestly, I'd have understood if he did. He kept going. I audited his channel and told him which video to make next. Title and all. He made it. Posted it September 18. One week later. 243,000 views. 1,022 subscribers. He started with 5. 6,500 watch hours. 132 new leads. People paying him inside his own Skool community. And his channel is monetized. That was week one. As I write this, that video is past 450,000 views. He's at 1,800 subscribers. 280 leads. And he already put up his next video. It's pulling leads too. 207 days. Free member in this group to monetized on YouTube. Last week he posted this in our Wins channel. "The numbers on the left are ridiculous. I really don't know what to think. The numbers to the right are what I'm interested in and need work." "Brian didn't give up on me and my sometimes scatterbrain approach to things." I appreciate that, Jim. I really do. But I want everyone reading this to hear me. Jim made that video. Jim hit record. Jim pushed publish nine times to five people and came back for the tenth.

@Byron Smith I looked for @Jim Justice's YT but couldn't find him, apparently there's a politician using his name too ;)

Where are my Claude users?
Are you using Claude? And how do you use Claude? Do you work with Claude code in the terminal? Are you using Claude.ai which is the browser version? Are you using the Claude app?

I use it in a browser and the app. Recently installed on my MacBook Pro so that I can do more with it. Just had a 10 minute conversation in voice mode catching up on the last month of News. I was in a retreat for the last month so had a good reason to disconnect from News (although we did have all 45 Buddhists in our retreat watch the World Cup final!). I’m thinking I might start using Claude this way more often. I think this would save me about 3+ hours of time per month. Somehow, we think we need to keep up with the news every day, but actually we don’t.

@Brian O'Neill is the Max plan really necessary?
Should I start Free or Paid?
If you have a Skool community this is the top question I get. So I made a YouTube video about it. Check it out and learn why I think getting 50-100 engaged free members is some of the worst advice on Skool.

@Brian O'Neill thank you Brian! It's funny but when I am on our summer Dharma retreat, it's my busiest time of year :) I hope you and family and happy and well!

@Brian O'Neill you are a good teacher 🙏
I turned last week's workshop into a free tool
Last week I ran a workshop that went well enough that I made two things out of it. I want you to have both. It's called The Six Yeses. It's the exact framework I use to take someone who's been giving everything away for free and help them build an offer their audience actually pays for. First thing I did with it: I made a YouTube video breaking the whole thing down. It's live on my channel now. Second thing: I built a free tool that walks you through it. You answer four questions. It builds your offer. You copy it and launch. About fifteen minutes start to finish. No 40-page worksheet. No staring at a blank page wondering what you're even selling. Four questions and you walk away with an offer. Here's how to get the tool. Comment the word OFFER below and I'll send you the link in your DMs. Want to watch the video first? I linked it below 👇 Go build the thing you've been putting off. Brian

What is your Skool plan?
From the age of 30-44… I tried 26 different side hustles. Most of them I quit on. But some of them were too complicated. Skool is the simplest business model I’ve ever tried. And you can literally start today. I’m curious to know if you plan on using a Skool community for your online business. Let me know 👇 Bonus points if you vote and tell me the traffic source you’re using or plan to use 🔥

@Brian O'Neill thank you! The LinkedIn strategy is starting to pan out. 13-14% of my members are from LinkedIn, totally new people who I’ve never met! And I didn’t start this strategy until I already had about 12 members. So it’s potentially closer to 25-30%. It also has benefit that each new connection on LinkedIn brings hundreds of “potential” new connections. Obviously I won’t contact everyone, I’m picky with my outreach ;) Also, I’m trying this; my community is appealing to people who frequent certain kinds of shops, so I’m doing this while we travel:

@Brian O'Neill same here! I’ll let you know how it goes. I think I’ve gotten about 20 cards out there.
