Question for everyone.
What do you tell yourself when you fight the battle no one else can see? Or what has helped you with your internal battle? For me: it's the small big things. Reminding myself to breath, to take it one moment at a time and that I matter. It's finding a color, song or a moment in time that brings me joy. These are a few of mine.

Those are all things I do too! For me, I try to not label my emotions as "me". Instead of saying something like, "life sucks", I switch it to, "I am experiencing a challenging situation, and I need to problem solve and regulate my emotions compassionately." One reaction makes sense and feels positive, the other is a broad generalization that doesnt even begin to accurately describe the situation with compassion and feels negative. We have to give our emotions space so they can be heard properly, addressed and given completion in order to return to a grounded, peaceful space.
There Are No Doors
You will never "fix" yourself, because you were never broken. Throughout it all, you are here right now. I celebrate your existence. What an insane experience; to be the one who experiences! Imagine the billions upon billion of humans who stood before us and breathed the same air as you, yet, no longer have the breathe to sing the psalms of appreciation. I have become more aware of this heavy truth that we all at some point are required to face: life comes and goes. The moments in-between are countless. The good, the bad, the ugly; life is what I make of it. It is of utmost importance to respect this gift of cognizance. I now sprinkle gems throughout my days. It is a liberation from years I denied the love I deserved. The same goes for everyone that exists here on mother earth. Why are you waiting for joy to find you? If you lay eyes upon the beautiful expanse we walk upon, it takes a fraction of a second to realize there MUST be something just for me. There MUST be a me that will fulfill my purpose. I intended to explore, experiment and experience that vast spectrum of lifes possibilities. There are no doors if you understand they were built in the mind you call your home.

Don't Dim Your Flame
When you were young, you had vibrant dreams of beautiful, endless possibility. Before the world said "no", there were few things that diminished those dreams. I always wanted to be an artist, a musician, a race car driver and astronaut. And yet after time, the outside world observes these dream, dims it's light, and sets it in the darkest corner to wither out and be forgotten as nothing more than a product of foolish, childish endeavors. When is the last time you dreamed of limitless potential, the way you did as a child? Has your flame been dimmed, or completely snuffed out? Is it even possible to pursuit a dream? What is the reality of the situation? Is it real, or just a vision? So I ask you all this: Why did you let go of your dreams? When did you begin to say, "I can't"? And lastly, who told you this? I'm willing to bet someone else told you to "dim that flame", "be realistic", "stop day-dreaming", or "get your head out of the clouds." All valid from an exterior perspective. But what happens if that dream became a lived reality? What would that feel like? Most importantly, why shouldn't you live your passion exactly as you believed it possible in the first place? No one can do what you do. We need dreamers to inspire others to believe. We've touched the moon, traveled the expanse of the land, peered into the universe, discovered the atom and designed wonders that astonish the minds of scholars to this very day. If none of those people had dreamed, we would live in a world filled with nothing but mediocrity. Dream big, because mediocrity is the death of legendary.

@Cary Schram Your work is far to important and great to ever be snuffed out, because you're making others dreams possible by example. That in itself is miraculous in a world where grief is pervasive. Blessed be anyone who locks in and makes that move to change their outlook on life. 🙏

Loving the new format and the tools being implemented. I feel like it helps me focus my attention because it feels more like a workshop/school room. Thanks to everyone who attended also! We are ecstatic to meet you and express our thoughts and experiences ❤️
