PPC For Wholesalers with $10k/mo+ budget.
I'm looking to brainstorm campaign structure when scaling a wholesale ppc account. Been getting some great results but when I try scaling, Google seems to break in a few ways. Let me know if anyone is interested. Thanks!

@Spencer Ross Statewide. CPC's double overnight. Lead quality drops dramatically, and a lot of out of market leads. Also a lot of inconsistency. I get better results with the lower budget... We have a good system that feeds data, but at the higher budget it seems to generate whatever.
Script vs. Manual Labor
I'm curious. Which would you choose? A script, which automates the process but comes with conflict, or manually sifting through search term reports which is time consuming?

How to be effective and productive in huge amount of campaigns and ad groups?
I have 50+ campaigns, some of them includes 70 ad groups. And when I start to check where it can be improved, I just forgot previous steps. I tried to keep information in files, but it only make a mess in further. Hence, I waste time on collection of the information, but not on optimization. Please advice some basic principles to be effective and productive. Maybe, checklists, software, anything... P.S. I'm a new guy in PPC.

Hey man, I also manage a ton of accounts. I highly suggest you get the google ads editor. There's a small learning curve with any new software, but you will get the hang of it in no time and saves a TON of time for large accounts like that. https://ads.google.com/home/tools/ads-editor/ I also recommend working form top to bottom, and going through the account systematically the first time through. Start with 1 campaign and dive deeper into the same campaign and make the necessary changes from campaign to adgroup to keyword to search term level. As you learn more about the account you will get a lot faster and more efficient on what to look out for and with time you'll be able to make changes super fast. Hope this helps!
