I am scheduling a meeting with my local Chamber of Commerce so that I may break into my local community and take advantage of business grants, Also, I will be networking with local business owners inside the chamber to strategize on how Arrow can create value for their businesses and create partnerships.

What I am currently learning in leadership is becoming an operator of each department, build systems for each, and then employ personnel with written SOPs. Finally, make it repeatable and scale.

Hey everyone, I’m Domonique Thomas. 👋🏾 I’m the founder of Arrow Properties & Investments, a real estate company focused on acquisitions, construction, and investment. I’m currently working on building the operational foundation that will allow Arrow to grow from doing individual deals into a larger, long-term real estate enterprise. My biggest goal over the next 90 days: establish the systems, team, relationships, and first transactions needed to create a repeatable acquisition and investment engine for Arrow.
