The Statue of Liberty, officially named Liberty Enlightening the World, is a giant copper sculpture on Liberty Island in New York Harbor that serves as a universal symbol of freedom and democracy. The French people gave the statue to the United States and dedicated it on October 28, 1886.

It’s the largest art museum in the Americas, housing a massive encyclopedic collection that spans over 5,000 years of human creativity. It’s one of my favorite places in NYC❤️

Perched at about 2,170 meters (7,120 ft) above sea level beneath Mount Kazbegi, Gergeti Trinity Church is one of Georgia’s most recognizable landmarks. ⛰️ Located near Stepantsminda, the church dates back to the 14th century and is part of a small complex that includes the church, a bell tower, and a surrounding wall. It is a distinctive example of Georgian medieval architecture and the only cross-in-square church in the historic region of Khevi. Its isolated location wasn't just about the incredible views. According to historical accounts, during times of danger, important religious treasures from Mtskheta were brought here for safekeeping, including the Cross of Saint Nino.
