It’s Happening Soon!
I’m currently on my way to the airport with my two wildlings in tow ready to take our homeschooling somewhere a little warmer and more tropical for 9 days. While I’m over there I’m hoping to finish launching the new community and I think you’re going to love it! Stay tuned …..it’s very close!

Awww, I’ve been waiting to see this next chapter start taking shape! ❤️🌿 Have the BEST time with your wildlings, @Helen Harris Taking homeschooling somewhere warmer and tropical for nine days sounds pretty darn good to me. 😂 And yes, I’ll be watching for what you’ve been quietly creating behind the scenes. I’m excited for you. ❤️🐼

Well, I AM a Kentucky girl, Helen, and we do have a bit of a reputation for going barefoot. 😂 So this one felt strangely familiar. What surprised me was how quickly I became aware of more than just what was under my feet. After a little while, I felt calmer and much more present. My mind wasn’t racing ahead to the next thing quite as much. Maybe all those barefoot Kentuckians have known something all along. 😂🌿❤️

@Helen Harris I love it! Nothing feels better to me than walking through the yard with my toes exposed. :) I honestly believe we would have a much healthier society if more people adopted this simple practice. NZ, here we come! LOL!

And the next chapter is going to be much more about YOU. I’m working behind the scenes on some exciting changes, but I’ll still be checking in daily and we’ll absolutely be continuing our 10-Week Nature Journey. 👇 As I shape what comes next, I’d love your input. 🌿 What would you love help with around regeneration, conscious living or eco-living? 🌿 What are you curious about? 🌿 What would genuinely make a difference in your everyday life? 🌿 I’d also love to understand what can make conscious or eco-friendly choices feel harder in everyday life. Is it finding the time, knowing where to start, budget, not knowing which information to trust — or something else entirely? There are no right or wrong answers here. I’m asking because I want to understand what would actually be helpful to you as we shape the community. And if you’d rather not share publicly, you’re very welcome to DM me. 💚 Whether you live in the city or a farm, we can all do our part to lighten our footprint AND make a big impact on the world for all the right reasons. Our land regeneration project will continue to benefit from any profits we make, but the focus of this community is shifting towards helping YOU to make small but meaningful changes in your own life and ripple them out into the world. I’m excited about where this is heading. 💚

@Helen Harris That’s the part I find so exciting too, Helen. ❤️ You didn’t start by deciding to regenerate a whole valley. You changed your shampoo. You recycled a can. Then one choice led to another. I think there’s something really hopeful in that for people who look at everything they could be doing and immediately feel overwhelmed. They don’t have to start where you are now. They get to start where you started. Who knows where their little changes might lead? 🌿❤️

🌿We are Growing - Please Welcome Melissa
Kia ora @Melissa Paschke , and a very warm welcome! 💚 We are so glad you've decided to join us. My Tree Legacy is a community for people who are learning that when we regenerate the land, we regenerate life. 🌱 Start here: 1️⃣ Say hello! In the comments below we would love it if you introduced yourself. We'd love to know: 🌎 Where are you joining us from? 🌱 What's one thing you'd love to regenerate—land, life, or maybe both? 2️⃣ Explore the community Have a wander through our posts and conversations. You'll find here: 🌿 Lessons from the Land 📖 Our Living Journal 🌍 Community Regeneration 🌳 Your Tree Legacy 🍃 Nature Connection 3️⃣ Take your first small step This week, choose one small action you can take towards regenerating something in your land, your life, or your community. It doesn't need to be big. Plant something. Spend ten intentional minutes in nature. Learn the name of a tree. Start composting. Support someone else's project. Make one small change you've been thinking about. Then come back and share what you did with us. 🌱 Because regeneration doesn't begin with doing everything. It begins with doing something. Above all, I hope this community leaves you feeling inspired, hopeful, and reminded that small actions really do make a difference. Welcome—we're excited to have you walking this journey with us. Helen 🌿

Welcome @Melissa Paschke Let’s grow together!
🌿 One Little Flower
Calendula ….one little flower that brings me joy: 🌼 Every time I sow the seeds and watch it grow 🌼 Every time I look at the garden 🌼 Every time I pick the flowers knowing that tomorrow there will be more 🌼 Every time I lay them out to dry 🌼 Every time I put the dried petals into storage 🌼 Every time I put them into oil to infuse their magick into it 🌼 Every time I create a soap, lotion, balm with it That is a HUGE amount of genuine joy from one little flower …but it is only there because I learnt to see and embody it. Perhaps today you could ponder where in your life are you missing out on the joy? Or, where in life are you starting to notice it?

Helen, I love how much LIFE you get from one little flower. ❤️🌼 And not just once. You’ve learned to notice the joy at every stage, from putting the seed in the ground all the way to creating something with it. I think that’s the part I’m beginning to understand from you. Maybe finding more joy isn’t always about creating more things to be joyful about. Sometimes it’s learning to notice how much joy is already tucked into what we’re doing. You keep making me look at ordinary things differently. 🌿❤️

@Helen Harris Haha Helen, you really are determined to get me out of my little boxes, aren’t you? 😂❤️ I love the “AND more” part. We spend so much time defining ourselves by all the roles we have that I’m not sure we always leave enough room for who we are outside of them. Or who we might still become. 🌿❤️ See? You’ve got me thinking again. 😂
