Finding Y.O.U. (Your Own Uniqueness)
What does it mean to achieve your highest potential? To seek out what seeks you? Have you ever asked what makes your heart sing? What truly gives your life meaning? How do you find authenticity, your own uniqueness in a world that seems intent on isolating you? This is a handbook, a roadmap, a gentle (and mostly joyous) guide directing you back to who you naturally are. Y.O.U.'s protocol rests on five pillars: 1) Internal (therapy), 2) External (movement), 3) Nutrition (food & supplements), 4) Personal (passions), 5) Connection (to self & community). Qualified professionals team up to help you back to finding Y.O.U. Where do you see yourself getting stuck the most? What patterns seem to reappear in your life?

@Gibson Marshall many thanks for that vulnerable and beautifully worded share. Many feel the same way you do, I'm so grateful you put it out there, because it's true: Many people lose sight of what genuinely feels meaningful to them. Finding Y.O.U. has been created for exactly that purpose - to find your authentic voice, what resonates with you, what lights you up. Looking forward to see you here!

Thank you David! This is a place where you can focus on what makes your heart sing without being directly affected by the opinion of others. Most people have never really asked themselves what they truly want without attaching some convention to it (i.e. father, mother, brother, sister, professional, etc.), so this is what I'm aiming to address.
