Heart palpitations when fasting
The 2nd and 3rd day of both the sardine & water fasts, I'd start to have heart palpitations (no other symptoms) that would start mid afternon and go through the night. I'd wake up just fine in the am and feel great, like they never happened. I would have lots of salt and at least 1 LMNT raw during the day. What could this be? Should I stop the fasts once the palpitations start? How do I prevent them?

1 LMNT = no where close to enough salt. Use WAY MORE salt next time. It also can be a results of those boosted ketones You fueled the cardiac muscles first when making extra ketones. That can give palpitations. This is not dangerous - it is unsettling to feel. Keep going. You will eventually get healthy enough to not feel this.
Descriptive Titles for Case Studies?
I wonder if it would be possible to add descriptive titles to the case studies? Or just a brief, one-line summary? I have wanted to refer to certain part to listen again, but it is hard to remember which case study had which topics or slides. Thank you! (I posted this in the Dr Boz classroom too)

Blood Vessels from Dr Boz this morning
Dr Boz says the extra fat requires extra blood vessels - 3/4 of a mile for each pound or 10 pounds - whatever she said. Does that get 'cleaned up' or 'reduced' when lose the weight with autophagy?

Autophagy is the process of cleaning up the wasteful products as well as the blood vessels that supply the previous mass Reversal of the blood vessels is also what happens when they reverse the saggy skin
Uric Acid and Glucose Levels
Dr. Boz mentioned recent research (possibly still not yet peer reviewed?) indicating that a blood glucose of 105 or less was necessary to reduce/prevent the conversion of glucose eventually into uric acid. Was that 105 a morning reading? Or a 105 average glucose?

Richard Johnson Also under the name, Rick Johnson He is the one who did the research and you will find much of what he talks about in the book “how Nature wants us to be Fat” I’m sure you can ask one of the AI to see if the literature has been published
Potassium Supplement?
We have talked a lot about supplementing with magnesium. I have also heard of potassium as a lesser mentioned supplement that is beneficial for blood pressure. What does Dr. Boz think of that?

magnesium three and eight is the one that I look for to have present in a supplement. Essentially any of the magnesiums work, but that one seems to cross the blood brain barrier better. As you’ve seen in several of my recommendations, I like the floats They offer the most volume of magnesium at once
