Welcome to Reality Academy. 🦁 You took an intentional step tonight, and I don’t take that lightly. But understand this room isn’t built for men who sit on the sideline and consume. We make over moves here. Two things before anything else. First, go to the Classroom and open Start Here. Watch the orientation so you understand the path from Aura to Anatomi to Art. Second, go to the Introductions tab and tell the room who you are. I read every one personally. Live calls happen every week at The Watering Hole. Check the Calendar for the next one. Your climb starts today. 🐾

From The Apex Aura action plan. Turn off your non-essential notifications. Audit your week. Then cut three low-value habits or people that are draining your focus. When it’s done, reply here with your three cuts and what you’re doing with the time you got back. This is how you level up in here. Every report gets seen.

Every man who walks in here introduces himself once. Copy this and fill it in. Name: 📍 Where you’re tuning in from: 🤦🏾‍♂️ What you feel stuck in right now, honestly: ✂️ The first thing you’re cutting out of your life: Don’t polish it. The men who get the most out of this room are the ones who tell the truth on day one.

Be specific. Not “get in shape.” The actual thing. I’ll go first in the comments.
