This allows us to load and unload easily with a forklift into and out of any cargo van wheel well width. (Would not work if we made entry on the length) Also notice the reinforced 2x6 slats of our pallet base. When using forklift extensions to load and unload the weight gets distributed to the end tip so your pallet base needs to be solid. Not only is the base nailed together (ring shaft) but also each slat is screwed in. We came so close to Canada and the US finalizing a trade deal. Unlike horseshoes close does not count or help either countries economy. The below was pasted by a US economist, this was to show the real trade advantage the US had. Politicians who are to represent "We the People" on both side of the border are certainly not doing this IMO. Canada politicians stated POTUS is taxing his own people. CDN government after break down are now taxing Canadians as they implement tariffs. Unless both governments get back to the table, make a deal for the people, we the people will pay the price. Thoughts? The US would actually be a surplus If you remove fuel and hydro from trade between Canada and the US, the trade deficit for the US would actually be a surplus. In 2023, the US recorded a trade deficit of $36 billion with Canada, but when you exclude energy exports, the surplus is approximately $85 billion. This indicates that the US has a significant advantage in the trade relationship, particularly in services, which has a surplus with Canada.

When people ask me “How do you get your Freight?” My answer is: I have to work at it. I’ve built up my business by attending many different conferences over the years. Conferences have gotten expensive so I understand why small owner operators don’t attend. One way to avoid the cost is to be a speaker at these shows (Hint). Freight Brokers get freight because they take the time and spend the money to be in front of the people who ship freight. I attend Conferences, Expos and workshops every year to keep up on the pulse of the market and talk to shippers who have freight to deliver. Most carriers/owner operators miss out on these opportunities because of the expense and time they take. This type of Networking has been key to growing my carrier company. I love it when a stranger walks up to me at one of these events and says “Hey, aren’t you PapaFreight?” Yes I am. Everyone have a Freight Day.

I post a lot of content primarily photos of work we do on social media. Lately I have increasingly seen images of our warehouses, crating, equipment being used by others. Primarily foreigners trying to get business as brokers or dispatchers etc. This is a post by a dispatcher that I don’t know, using a picture that was taken by me in my warehouse.
