Sharing something free that's helped me stop screenshotting AI-built pages
Wanted to share this cause it solved a genuinely annoying problem for me and figured others here run into the same thing. Built DropRegion.com, a tool where you paste or drop the html file in and it gives you back a real, live link in a few seconds. It's a free tool (Sign up is free, browsing is free, free 20 uploads per month). I use AI a lot to build small things, landing pages, calculators, little interactive reports, and for the longest time the finished product just sat there. I'd either screenshot it (which kills anything clickable) or export it to PDF (same problem, flat and static) just to send it to someone. Felt like a downgrade every single time considering how good the actual thing usually looked when it was live. Started using DropRegion.com for this a while back, it's a tool where you paste or drop the html file in and it gives you back a real, live link in a few seconds. No hosting account to set up, no domain, no deploy step, just the file in, link out. It also scans everything for malware and phishing before it goes live which was nice to see, didnt expect that from a free tool honestly. Browsing on it is completely free with no account needed at all, and publishing is free (20 drops per month). For anyone in this community building stuff with AI regularly, whether its for clients, for your own projects, or just to show people what your working on, feels like a good one to have in your back pocket. Not affiliated with any big platform officially, its just built for the way people already use tools like Claude and ChatGPT day to day. Disclosure, I work on it, so obviously take that into account, just wanted to share it here since it genuinely solves a problem I see people mention a lot in these communities.

Fastest way to show a client a draft site before it's "real"?
Question for anyone doing client site work. When you've got a quick draft built, even a rough one, whats your go to for getting it in front of the client fast? I find half the value of a draft is speed, if it takes 20 minutes to deploy somewhere just so they can look at it, you lose some of that momentum. Not asking about final hosting, that's obviously a different conversation once they approve it. Just the "hey take a look at this" stage before anything's locked in. I've been using DropRegion.com for that stage specifically, drop the html in, get a link back immediately, works fine for a quick client look without setting up real hosting for something that might still change completely. Free to browse and your first few Drops are free too. Disclosure, I work on it, curious what everyone else does for this stage though.

the n8n/Zapier handoff problem: The part after your automation finishes running, anyone else struggle with this?
Something I keep running into and curious if others do too. You build an automation that outputs something visual, a report, a dashboard, a summary page, and the automation itself works great, but then the actual deliverable ends up as a PDF export or a screenshot in a Slack message. Feels like a step backwards considering how good the output usually looks when its actually rendered. Anyone got a clean way to turn that final output into something you can just send a client a link to, instead of exporting it down into a flat file every time? Especially for people doing client work where the "here's your report" moment matters for how polished the whole thing feels. (For what it's worth I've been using DropRegion.com for this part, if the automation spits out html you paste it in and get a live link back in a few seconds, no hosting setup needed. Not the automation part obviously, just the "now show it to someone" part. Disclosure, I work on it, mentioning it since it's directly relevant here.)
What do you actually do with the reports/decks AI generates for you?
Curious how everyone here handles this. My team uses AI to spit out client reports, one pagers, training decks constantly now, and 90% of the time it still ends up as a PDF attached to an email that gets opened once and forgotten. Feels like a waste when the AI actually built something that could be clickable, filterable, whatever, and then we flatten it back down into a static file anyway. Anyone doing something different with this stuff or is everyone just PDF-ing everything still. (If people are curious I've been experimenting with turning some of ours into live links instead using DropRegion, paste the HTML in and it gives you a shareable link instead of a file, free to try. Disclosure, I work on it. Not trying to derail, just curious what other people do here first.)

This is such a nice thing to want to do, so here's what I'd actually try with zero budget. For building the site itself: Google Sites is completely free and probably the easiest for someone new, drag and drop, no code. Carrd has a solid free plan too if you want something that looks a little more polished, it's built for simple one-page sites which is honestly perfect for a small business. Canva also lets you build basic websites now on the free plan if your already comfortable with Canva. Since you can't use Claude, ChatGPT's free tier can still write you HTML code if you want more control over exactly how a page looks, you'd just ask it to build you a full page and it hands you the code. The catch with this route is it gives you a file, not a live website, so you still need somewhere to put it. If you go this route, make it live for free on DropRegion - you paste the HTML in and get a real link back in seconds, no hosting account or setup needed. Publishing your first few sites is free too, so it fits what your trying to do here pretty well. Disclosure, I work on it, just flagging that since it's directly useful for your situation. Hope your project goes well!
