Weekly Goal
https://www.instagram.com/dylangrapples/reel/DeuakTvBzc9/?hl=en Utilize submission threats to pass!!! Attempt as many submission threats possible from guard passing. Even if you give up top position this week. Find out what is available. Bonus points if you can work from tight passing and loose passing.

Weekly Goal
Official week 1 of stockyard online! This week's primary goal is to complete a minimum of 1 match study. With ADCC only a month ago, pan-ams just passed, JASPR invitational and main character jiu jitsu there's tons of recent competitions on Flo and youtube. Match study is the best way to improve technique off the mats. I've attached the JASPR event down below. There are multiple long and short matches to pick from to improve your game. I personally recommend Reese Lafever's outside heel hook finishes. https://www.youtube.com/live/pj5jkhBQoqQ?si=B8R1OqIr7OJr3LcD

@Jason Carhart I find this works best when I can cover their hand(s) before attempting the heist. This prevents front headlock and pass attempts quite well. It also allows me to quickly switch to arm drags which is probably the best gripping options for cagey opponents. To sum it up I’m covering hands, heisting then arm dragging. This works especially well against square stances.
Week .5
Welcome to all newcomers! Our official launch has begun! With only 3 days remaining within the week lets set the challenge of hitting one last hard training session to end off the week. Find those training partners you dread rolling with and get to work!
