🧠 MARC’S DAILY GAME DROP #3 | ‘But Marc! She’s On The Phone’
One of the most common excuses guys give themselves (and me, if we’re out on a session) is: “She was on the phone.” And? It’s actually a very workable situation if you know what you’re doing. Most guys see a phone and immediately disqualify the approach. High level game means approaching anyway. Not aggressively. Not awkwardly. Just calibrated. There are two main situations here 👇 📱 Earphones In If she has earphones in while walking, I’ll often mimic the action of taking them out myself. I’ll lightly gesture toward my ear like I’m removing an earphone and give a cheeky smile while doing it. Two important details: • You need to get in front of her so she can actually see the gesture • The smile makes it playful instead of intrusive Most of the time she’ll instinctively take one out and say: “Yeah?” That’s your opening. Now you’re in the interaction. 📞 Actively On A Phone Call If she’s walking fast and talking on the phone, the move is different. I’ll step slightly in front of her path and put my hand out gently to stop her. Then I simply say: “Hey… I know you’re on the phone.” That’s it. Nothing else. Now you wait. This is important. You’re not trying to talk over the call. You’re giving her the chance to decide if she wants to pause the call and engage with you. And surprisingly often… she will. She’ll say something like: “Sorry, give me a second.” Or “Yeah what’s up?” Now the conversation begins. ⚙️ Key Principle CAPABLE MEN don’t WAIT for perfect conditions. They calibrate to the situation and still take action. A phone is not a barrier. It’s just another variable to navigate. And the more you approach in imperfect situations like this… the sharper your game becomes. Happy friday. NOTE: Make sure all of you are tuned in for the group Q&A call tomorrow at 5:30 pm. I’ll be dropping game and you can ask me any cold approach related questions on that call. — Coach M

Introduction + Gold Coast anyone?
Hey boys, AJ here. Based in GC, from Singapore originally. I run a real estate coaching biz based in the states and doing multiple projects at once so I'm pretty busy. But when your boy @Coach Marc calls...that's a different story. Stoked to be here team. I worked with Marcus a few years ago and he's an absolute beast. The first time I met him was at the mall and he was with a student but the second time was quite special. I was working out and I saw this guy talk to one of the girls right in that gym, and I remember it was a Saturday because it was barely anyone but Marcus didn't give a rats ass. He sees a girl he likes, he goes for it immediately. His audacity really stood out and we connected and did quite a few sessions together. Needless to say, Marcus was really good at building my overall frame and a few limiting beliefs and I've come along way since 2022. Travelled the world a ton the last couples years and now after meeting the women of my dreams, I'm gunning for my first long term relationship this year. Potential wifey. So, different phase of life than most of you guys. Still, cold approach is so useful because it trains you to be a better man, to be assertive and it transfers to every single business situation in your life. I can attest that through dating programs, I met absolute killer entrepreneurs and I would not have the financial independence that I have today without meeting part of those networks. Which...if you're a part of Marcus' network, then you have access to killer entrepreneurs! I digress. The one piece of advice I can give to anyone here who is starting out is to commit to going out every single day for at least 15-30m. That's what I did to get good, many many times in my life when I was getting back in the game. I myself have done a few 30 day challenges around the world with...interesting results and very fun experiences ;) Remember, this is a marathon, not a sprint. And also remember, you're never going to feel "confident" enough to approach the girl you want. Your nerves are NEVER going to ever go away. I've been in the game for 11 years now(lol crazy) and I still feel nervous the first time I meet a girl. But through time, you know how you feel and it's a habit, You have all these experiences of having lots of relationships and women liking you for who you are so it carries you forward.
