On Thursday's live webinar I built a website live in front of everyone in attendance. I didn't pre-plan anything, the audience suggested the niche to me, they chose Water Damage niche. I found a solid keyword and built the site with Xagio Studio, live in front of everyone. 👉 It's all here to see on the replay. Everything you need is on that replay page. The site is linked and live, and you can watch its rankings move on a public tracker. There's even a live chatbot you can talk to and get your questions answered. On the live session at about 2hr:3min, I gave the website away to @Mihai Popescu who was live with us, congrats again!. He gets to keep both the website, and all commissions (including this $311 one) it generates while I'm still hosting it. He thought he won "a website", but what he now gets is a verified REVENUE GENERATING asset! But I taught everyone on the webinar how to build it themselves... in less than 1 hour. Moving forward... Friday I published the website live, and submitted it to Google Search Console. On Sunday it took a call that generated a $311 payout, 72 hours after I built it, and 44 hours after it hit the web. A real person with real water damage called a real number, got routed to a contractor who wanted that call, and the network paid $311.00 on it. That's ONE call on ONE new site. Not typical, not a promise. Most sites don't pay out in three days. What it proves is that what I teach works...and it can be FAST. From nothing to $311 and a revenue generating assets in just a few days. But think if you are like me, and you think BIGGER: That $311 isn't the whole story here either. @Herc Magnus I just watched your PPL replay and it was amazing! I picked up a lot of nuggets so thank you! How hard is it to get approved in Lead Smart (without being in your upgraded program)? I have a tree service website set up but it's isn't getting any leads yet. Can I still use that site in the application? Anyone else have experience getting into Lead Smart?
