So far I have built over 30 apps with Buildy. Here are a few examples: My mother-in-law is 92 years old and still has her wits about her. I built an app where she can go through her house and talk about the things that are in the house where she got them and how important they are as well as if they're already dedicated to be given to somebod y on her passing. In addition, I have set it up where the grandkids can interview her and capture her memories. It includes 60 prompts that Buildy put together that are phenomenal conversation starters. My career has been built around Lean Six Sigma/ Operational Excellence implementations, and I built an app that will enable me to walk through a plant and analyze the high level issues in the plant during that walkthrough. It includes all the calculations and some pretty cool graphics that wow the client. I worked with two of my grandchildren so they could build their own app. One built an app around the books she's reading that she can share what she thought of the book and gets her friends to share with their reading as well and have a virtual book club of sorts while she's in high school. My grandson put together one built around music that decomposes songs into the instruments so he can practice his bass player and six string guitar to popular songs. You can also do rudimentary recording on the app as well. Finally I built one for my wife's sorority so they can capture thoughts and input from reunions, capture where everybody is, it has a memoriam page to capture those that have passed, and it gives an opportunity to capture all the photos and the Heart of the sorority going forward. If you can ask a good question and can think through a problem, then you can build an app. It is that simple. And if you have a problem with either the question or thinking through, you can just ask Buildy and it will give you some great insights. I can't recommend it enough.

@Pat Barrett look for the red microphone icon just below the prompt windows. Push it, and Buildy comes alive! You only get 30 minutes a day, so you need to stay focused and cut off Buildy if it gets long winded.
LET'S BUILD TOGETHER LIVE: Sunday at 2pm Pacific / 5pm Eastern
As part of our "Customer & Subscriber Appreciation Extravaganza"... I'll be going live and will work on building YOUR projects. So... what would you like to build? Comment below and tell me what kind of business you'd like to build. I'll work on it live with you Sunday afternoon & give you a link to claim the project inside your own Buildy account. In your comment here, tell me: - Who are the customers? - What is the product? - How does it help them? - What do you want to build? And if you're not sure... just give me as much details as you can and let me know. I'll pull from your comments below as the first things I build. Then I'll use Buildy's built in "remix" feature so you can clone the project inside your own Buildy account. And I'll be handing out prizes to the people I build together with during the show. So when you get the announcement email... you'll definitely want to tune in on time! The stream should appear here when it's time: https://www.facebook.com/BuildyAI/videos/2607179866365969/

@Wanda Sheffield Sounds like a solid product idea. Would it compare what was invoiced versus what was received, or would it check an outgoing invoice for quantity, unit price, etc. errors?

@Charlotte Lovegrove Sounds like a college statistics problem! If Buildy can have access to the raw data, it should be able to generate the probability table for you. It is a great niche product idea.
Feedback on Build-a-thon
This is my second time through the Build-a-thon. The power of Buildy is amazing. But what is REALLY over the top is the amount of information and training that Bill McIntosh has put into these sessions. The best analogy that I can give it that Buildy is the Lamborghini, and Bill is the racing expert that teaches you how to get the most out of it! Before I was freeway driving, but now I think I can give a wide-open spin on the track. Thanks Bill, Daniel and team!
If your focus is business-to-business (B2B), please read
My business is built around senior-level executives and C-suite. Selling to this level, it's important to have everything pretty well buttoned up and that includes building web apps. The apps need to work from the first interface. I am looking to have a discussion with similar Buildy builders to see what is working and how we might be able to support each other in testing our apps, sharing insights, and general encouragement. If you are interested in being a part of that discussion, please reply and I will work to set up a Zoom call where we can share information. If it works, we can establish some sort of a mastermind or other support. If not, well, we can see each other and have a virtual coffee! If this interests you, reply with your contact email, timezone and tell us a bit about you and your business (especially how you are leveraging Buildy.) I will kick it off in a comment below. A few caveats: 1. If you sell directly to consumers (B2C), this is probably NOT a place you will enjoy hanging out. While the apps might be somewhat similar, the avatars will be vastly different, and so will their needs. 2. This is for support, not cross-selling our apps. Besides, we have Buildy, and we can probably build whatever we each have in a couple of hours. (Gotta love Buildy!) If you have read this far, you are probably interested and should consider replying. Either way, build on, and bona fortuna!

Hi, I am Ed Biernat. I live in upstate NY (EDT) and have been an international business consultant for over 30 years, focusing on operations excellence and leadership development. I am shifting my model to more virtual vs. flying to the client. Along with setting up a YouTube channel to help individual contributors transition to management and then leadership, I have several web apps that help them master the new behaviors necessary for a successful transition. This one helps them teach their team to resolve problems themselves (noescalation.com). This app suite focuses on helping managers in three groups: Facilities, Operations, and Supply Chain. I attached a version of a strategic framework I am applying to this suite of apps to support my development and monetization. If this helps, feel free to upload it to Buildy and have it generate a framework tailored to your business. Looking forward to meeting like-minded leaders in the B2B space.
Changing the name of my project
Buildy assigns names to my projects that aren't always intuitive. Does anyone know how to change the names of the projects. or to give a new project a name that makes sense? Thanks in advance for your help.
