The fact that it’s unfurnished could actually be a BIG opportunity here, especially if someone is underwriting toward that $30k+ end of the range. Before buying a single piece of furniture I’d want to reverse engineer what the highest performing nearby STRs are doing differently… guest avatar, sleeping capacity, amenities, design, SCROLL STOPPING MOMENTS!, etc. There’s a big difference between just furnishing the house and intentionally designing it to compete with the top performers. Chase if you have the listing/photos + STRIQ comps, send them over! Happy to take a look and give you a couple thoughts on where I’d focus the design/amenity dollars.
