I felt lost before I arrived here and I questioned if I was just joining another group that would give me hope, but no change in my life. But after I started reading the posts, learning from the videos, and applying the steps, I started to see actual change in my life. I'm grateful I found this community and I'm grateful for the other members that are active, willing to help, and willing to share their experiences. The group calls are also super helpful icing on an already delicious cake.
