🎓 TEACH-OUT SURVIVAL GUIDE: How We Finish STRONG 🔥
Maestro Students, we're on a fast clock right now. The teach-out plan is aggressive, and that's fine. Pressure makes diamonds. But speed without strategy leads to burnout, so here's the playbook. Save this post. 👇 1️⃣ Stay ONE WEEK AHEAD on Every Course This is the big one. Don't just keep up. Get ahead. If you finish next week's lessons before that week starts, a sick day, a long work shift, or a family emergency won't knock you off track. Being a week ahead gives you room to breathe. Being even one day behind means you're always catching up. 2️⃣ Know Your Plan Cold Pull up your teach-out plan TODAY. Know every course you're in, how many weeks are left, and what's due each week. If anything is unclear, email the school now, not the week it's due. 3️⃣ Get It Right the First Time We can't go back and redo lessons, so every submission counts. Before you hit submit, read the instructions again, check your answers, and make sure you met every requirement. Two extra minutes of review protects your grade for good. 4️⃣ Block Your Time Like It's a Job "I'll study when I get time" is how people fail. Put fixed study blocks on your calendar, 60 to 90 minutes each, same time every day, and protect them like a work shift. 5️⃣ Lock In and Finish the Lesson When you start a lesson, finish it in one sitting if you can. Phone in another room and one tab open. Stopping halfway means re-reading everything when you come back. 6️⃣ Hit Your Toughest Course First Start each study session with the course that challenges you most, while your energy is highest. The easier courses can come after. 7️⃣ Use Every Resource You Have Instructors, recorded sessions, AI tools for studying and explaining concepts, and THIS community. Use AI to learn the material, not to skip it. Since each lesson builds on the last one, understanding it now saves you later. 8️⃣ Protect the Machine (That's You) Sleep, water, food, and movement. Pulling all-nighters every week ends in a crash. Steady, consistent energy beats a burst followed by burnout.

Hard to stay 1 week ahead when they lock the course at final review. I wish we could keep going after we submit the review.
Pop up in Maestro.org..
Anyone else get that popup that you had to check off when opening maestro yesterday? It was saying those with a scholarship have 0 cost out of pocket and what not, I believe these loans will be easily forgiven, they didn't explicitly say this, but that's what I got out of it 😂

Yes, I got the notification, it was all that hoopla jargon about Maestro's founding scholarship ethics.
Private Group?
Isn't this group supposed for Maestro Students Only? Is it open and free for EVERYONE to join? I am not sure I am comfortable with non Maestro Students being in here.

@Maestro Collective yes, I lost it along the way... I Can't find it now 😢
I am staying at Maestro
Well after a lot of consideration I have decided to stay with Maestro and get my ASSOCIATES in Ai Software Engineering. This was my goal from the beginning and none of the other schools that were in the teach out plan offered a Ai course anyway so after going over everything and Maestro sent me my new schedule I have decided to stay. In all honesty I never wanted to leave I like the teaching structure I like everything about the academic part of Maestro. I love my peers. So here I am I am scheduled to graduate by June 7, 2027 sooner if I finish sooner. I am HAPPY!!

I am also staying with Maestro and increasing my courses. I felt it was better and more familiar than starting fresh again.
No more coding, man!!
I so can’t wait until Columbia College contacts me and I can transfer!! I can’t take this coding anymore!! Gonna lose my mind cuz it just ain’t sticking!! I know I should wait til end of term to transfer. But I need to end this coding stuff asap. 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫 Yes I’m aware that there may be a bit of coding in the Cybersecurity program I am transferring into. But at least I’ll hopefully get a break from it for a while.

Good luck, if you thought Maestro was difficult with coding, you just went from a heater to the depths of hell in coding if Cyber security is your goal. 😂
