Ran into a huge issue..
I have been developing AI authority filters for my travel business ecosystem involving Meetup, Facebook, and Skool filters. I have had chat gpt remember everything and it has been working fine until now. Chat GPT all of a sudden after locking in these systems and using them for marketing, creating content copy and creating travel itineraries and checking profitability of said trips, all of a sudden, doesn't remember the details of these authorities(and I am paying for the enhanced version) Has anyone else run into this? And how have you adapted to ensure your frameworks are never compromised again? I have been developing these filters over the last month and feel I have lost a heck of a lot.

I make it simple in chat I have a few commands 1 I have a sandbox and all new prompt names start with save I have chat save to the prompt, when I’m happy I prompt it with a version on it saved to memory only allow two versions. Master command save to prompt and prompt to version also chat goes down a lot of rabbit holes, gets lost so in memory I only allow him to go two levels down and when I say merg I make them take my conversation and merg it to the main line. Otherwise you have spegetti, I constantly ask to make memory efficient and if they find dups decide the best place to keep it get ride of dup and update the right prompt so if I wanted to print it I gave it, or if I want to share it then I can download and email. I also make sure that if there is an orphan in memory find a place for it update the prompt and no dups allowed good luck
