How Do I Turn Founder Conversations Into AI Clients?
As I mentioned in my introduction, I’m actively reaching out to founders to understand their business problems before building things that nobody actually needs. I’ve reached out to a few founders, introduced myself and what I do, and thankfully, some of them have responded and shared what they’re building and the problems they’re trying to solve. Now I’m at the next step 👇 One founder actually asked me to understand his business and tell him where AI could help him generate more revenue. This is where I need some guidance from people who already have experience getting clients. How should I approach these conversations? - What questions should I ask to properly understand their business? - How do I identify where AI can actually create value? - What kind of solution/proposal should I present? - And most importantly, what proof or portfolio should I have before trying to sell my offer? I don’t want to randomly pitch “AI automation” just because it’s trending. I want to understand the problem first, find where AI can genuinely help, and then build a solution around it. Would really appreciate advice from people who have already gone through this journey. What would you do if you were in my position? 🙌

He told you want he wants. I would do an audit and ask if you can/should also include: ways he generates revenue and **ways to cut expenses**. From there you can identify the one that you can fix quickly with the highest immediate leverage that he can see.
I built a thing. Tell me if it's stupid
Spent the last few days building a Chrome extension. Open any Shopify store, click it, and you instantly see what apps they're running, what's selling best, how fast they're adding products, and their full catalog. Export it all to CSV No guessing. No fake revenue numbers. Just real data straight from the store...... Called it Shopify Spy Pro. Freee to try, $18/month for unlimited access... Honest question, would you actually pay for this? Or is this something you'd use once and forget about? Tell me what's wrong with it. I can take it 😂

I would just buy a skill that does this as a scheduled scan of competition & it would feed a spreadsheet so I could compare information either by product type, or by competitor, category, etc… I’m a data analysis person so I would want to see all of that and then have Claude help me find patterns to influence my own decision making. The apps their running is kind of a totally Seperate thing as far as I’m concerned, a nice-to-have added value feature, but those are two different reasons for using the app and someone wanting one part of that information may have very limited use for the other part.
Retired Army who loves Systems, Operations & Order
Hi everyone, I joined because I the video the other day about the “get rid of Claude” setup. Practical, easy to follow (for the majority), no code. Perfect👌🏽 As for me, the last half of my career was in strategic and tactical operations management, and improving the processes that humans had to participate in. I love to do that and AI helps me make a workforce even more efficient. I also have ADHD, so AI is helping me finally make progress on many of the ideas I just didn’t have the capacity to work on before. (Along with being retired & having more time 😂, but really I think it’s the AI, because I was retired before I started getting into AI and it wasn’t like *this* 🪽 I have 2 skools that focus on the ADHD experience - one is having an all over the place business and sorting it out into a foundation systems can be built on (and automated from). Practical, foundational, and a focus on structure to keep things useable. The other is about using AI to manage the personal-lives when you’re a rockstar at work, but defeated by groceries 🫠. I appreciate the straightforward way the YouTube videos are and bet I’ll get a lot from this group. Nice to meet you all. 👋🏽

Nice to meet you, I think you and I are very similar in what we do/build with AI. I’m 100% practical. Yes the beautiful creative use cases are really eye catching, but I know my strength is in practical systems, so that’s where I double down.
Built an AI Lead Qualification Workflow for Real Estate – Looking for Feedback
Hey everyone 👋 Over the past few days I've been building an AI-powered lead qualification workflow for real estate agencies and I'd love to get some feedback from the community. Current workflow 🏠 Lead comes in (website, Meta ads, etc.) ⬇️ 🤖 AI extracts and understands the enquiry ⬇️ 📊 Scores the lead based on buying intent, budget, location, timeline, and other criteria ⬇️ 🏡 Matches the lead with relevant properties ⬇️ 💬 Generates a personalized WhatsApp/Email follow-up ⬇️ 📅 If the lead is qualified, it can trigger appointment booking and notify the sales team Goal The objective isn't to replace agents, but to reduce the time spent manually qualifying low-intent enquiries so agents can focus on buyers who are actually ready to move forward. I'm also thinking about adding: - Property recommendation agent - CRM integration - WhatsApp conversational follow-ups - Automated lead nurturing - Analytics dashboard I'd really appreciate any feedback or suggestions from people who've built similar systems or worked with real estate workflows. Thanks! 🚀

Hello, workflow looks nice, but I offer the challenge - how on the first contact are you rating/scoring intent (because likely they’re not inputting much information at all)? I’ve previously built a real-estate related workflow that associated level of interest/intent with replies from the form and assigned tags as the back-end- of the initial intake form (user is tagged before the instant they hit submit, before matching anything else). The research was done in advance, added to the skills/workflow as a knowledge document, and updated with a regularly scheduled update process. So then AI wasn’t needed for that step every time the form was submitted. What I’m saying is - are those scores that AI has to be involved in? or are they tags in the CRM based on qualifying answers and possible responses - established in advance? Just another way to think about the build. Then, the AI comes in a half step later, matching a few of the criteria with relevant. properties.
