Hi all! I'm Elena and I'm located in Newport Beach, California. I accidentally did the stages in reverse lol made an offer before I knew what I was doing and now trying to figure out if the deals I'm under contract for are worth closing. My 90-day goal is to get clarity on that and close (or not, if that's the better decision). The biggest thing holding me back rn is time!
