I joined the team originally about a year ago and received 1:1 coaching. I had a great time and learned a ton. During coaching I finally hit a 200 pound bench press in a sanctioned meet, which was incredible. I took a break and was over the moon to be apart of Big Benchas again recently through the Skool app. Coach Ben is so knowledgeable and kind, that anyone could benefit from having him in their corner. The support and feedback from the wonderful people in Big Benchas is priceless.
