The Peace of Becoming Unbothered
This week on the blog, I’m reflecting on The Peace of Becoming Unbothered. Not cold.
Not disconnected.
Not pretending you don’t care.…..Grounded. The kind of grounded where someone else’s chaos does not automatically become your chaos. Take a few quiet minutes today and ask yourself: Where am I giving too much of my peace away?
What am I reacting to that may not actually require my energy? What would it look like to care deeply without carrying everything? Read the full blog here:

I like this prompt a lot. I recently read a quote talking about how we let anger consume us but really it is more a desire to control. When we respond to things being different than how we think they should be, we let it control us. It reminded me that setting the whole world in order isn't my responsibility and if I stop trying to control things that are not directly affecting me, just let them be, I can walk away and let the "anger" melt away.
