@Dee MamaswithMissions Yeah, I think the reminders are really helpful, especially when there are multiple tabs and resources to keep track of. Sometimes even having a simple explanation of where to start can make the whole community feel much less overwhelming. I’ve also been trying to keep things organized in Floment.ai by breaking bigger projects into smaller steps and clear next actions. It’s the same idea with communities—make it easy for people to know what to do next instead of giving them too much to figure out on their own.

Having the welcome post, pinned posts, and Start Here module guiding people through the community probably makes the onboarding much smoother. 🙌 As for Floment.ai, I mainly use it for the organization side rather than having it run bots for me. It helps me break bigger projects into tasks, keep track of workflows, and make the next steps clear in one place. I think it could actually work nicely alongside the bots you’re building—let the bots handle the automation while Floment keeps the projects and tasks organized.

I’d be careful with this. Just because someone provided their email as part of the group intake questions doesn’t necessarily mean they agreed to receive marketing emails, especially if the purpose of collecting the email wasn’t clearly explained. I’d probably use a separate opt-in for the email list so there’s no confusion about what they’re signing up for. It also makes it much easier to show that they intentionally gave permission to receive those emails. 😊
