Good evening residents. so i'm looking for volunteers for research calls to help refine something i've been working on. I'm super passionate about helping others and currently training to be a nutritional therapist. i've over a decade in holistic healing, detox, gut-brain connection work and want to deepen this area of knowledge. I'm currently building a system for busy parents to help them lose 5-10kg of fat/weight in 12 weeks without the need for dieting or restriction. I already have a few case studies on-going and already getting amazing results from each of them. One has lost a full stone in the first 4 weeks and 4 inches off her waist. Another has lost 7lbs in the first 3 weeks. and a guy has lost4kg of fat in the first month also. This is a real passion of mine and i would love to talk to anyone who has a story to tell regards to a weight loss, or gain journey. someone who struggles with binge eating episodes and would love to chat to anyone that would like to build a new relationship with food and themselves in a new and vibrant way. Thank you for your time. drop a comment or dm if your interested.

This sounds like meaningful work, especially the focus on helping people build a healthier relationship with food rather than relying on restriction. The early case studies are really encouraging too. Wishing you the best with the research and development of the system.

@Leighton Lewis Absolutely, I can see why it’s needed. Helping people develop a healthier relationship with food seems like an important area to focus on, and I’m interested to see how your research and system continue to develop.
The power of focused breathing: hints of Vipassana meditation (and how a quick reset saved a chaotic morning)
Waking up to a flurry of missed calls, accidentally disturbing a sensitive sleeper, and dealing with a hoarse voice and a stuffy nose is definitely not the most peaceful way to start the day. Add in years of constantly piling work—balancing what’s already built while exploring new ventures—and it’s easy for the mind and nervous system to get completely overloaded. My initial, flawed instinct to fix the heavy head and fatigue? Turning on political podcasts while trying to doze back off. (Definitely not recommended if you actually want your inner calm to settle.) Eventually, I realized the only real remedy was to step back and practice focused breathing. Maintaining that focus isn't always easy, but forcing myself through the initial mental static led straight into a serene state of zen, cleared the headache, and gave me the actual rest I needed. If you’ve been feeling that same energetic friction, here is a simple framework for a reset: - Find a Comfortable Position: Sit or lay down in a position that feels right for you. - Practice Slow Breathing: Inhale deeply and make your exhale longer than your inhale. - Focus on Your Body: Concentrate on how your body feels as you breathe. Let thoughts wander, but gently bring your focus back to a grounded state of mind. - Set a Timer: Commit to this practice for at least 25 minutes. Incorporating focused breathing into times of restlessness can genuinely transform your day and elevate your energy. (Note: I originally drafted and organized this reflection over on Floment—a clean productivity and personal workflow platform I use to keep my daily thoughts and routines structured in one place.) Hey everyone! Joining Healing Vibrations Academy here—how do you usually regulate your nervous system and reset when your day starts off on an uneven note? Let's chat in the comments! 🌿✨
The Hidden 3-6-9 Pattern in Solfeggio Frequencies
When we speak of chakras and frequencies, I was trying to find some pattern in this as I am more analytical anyway and most of you are probably aware of this or maybe not. At first, it doesn’t seem like there is one, but most neighboring values differ by 111 Hz, except for 639 → 741 = 102 Hz and 396 → 417 = 21 Hz. But if you add up the digits, you get a repeating pattern: - 396 → 3+9+6 = 18 → 9 - 417 → 12 → 3 - 528 → 15 → 6 - 639 → 18 → 9 - 741 → 12 → 3 - 852 → 15 → 6 - 963 → 18 → 9 So the digital roots form: 9 → 3 → 6 → 9 → 3 → 6 → 9. So there is a clear 3-6-9 pattern in the sequence. It makes the numbers look like they were constructed intentionally rather than being just a random set of frequencies. And the whole sequence then returns back to 9 =>9 + 3 + 6 + 9 + 3 + 6 + 9 = 45 => 4+5 = 9

This is really interesting, especially how consistently the digital roots fall into the 3-6-9 pattern. Whether the pattern was intentionally designed or interpreted afterward, it definitely makes the sequence worth exploring from a mathematical and spiritual perspective.
