Getting from idea → working product used to be the biggest hurdle. Now tools like Buildy can handle a huge chunk of that technical work, which creates a different problem: You launch something… then what? I’ve found it helps to keep the post-build process really simple: Build the first version → get it in front of people → collect feedback → turn feedback into tasks → improve → repeat. My current stack for that kind of workflow is pretty lightweight: - Buildy for getting the actual product off the ground quickly - ChatGPT for brainstorming positioning, features, and breaking down problems - Floment for keeping projects, tasks, ideas, and progress organized once there are a dozen things competing for attention - Loom for quick demos and getting early feedback I’m starting to think AI makes building easier, but having a simple system for what happens after the build is what actually keeps an idea moving. For those already building with AI, what part slows you down most after you have the first version working?
