What If Your “Gut Feeling” Isn’t Intuition? 👀
You feel it before you can explain it. A tightening. A pull. An immediate need to act. But is that signal intuition... or instinct? We often use the words as though they mean the same thing. They don’t! In this short episode, I'll explore what happens above and below conscious awareness: 🛡️ Instinct: a rapid, protective response 🧭 Intuition: a quieter awareness guiding your next move Both are intelligent. Both have a purpose. But confusing them can mean mistaking a protective pattern for a deeper knowing. And that distinction may be the difference between reacting from the past and responding to what is actually here. 🎥 Watch It and then come back and tell us: Think of one decision you made this week. Was it led by instinct, intuition, or are you still working that out? There’s no wrong answer. The first shift is simply noticing which signal has the wheel. In Presence and Resonance Justin

My awareness is that the deeper I move into presence (and i am just dipping my toes around the edges so far) the more I notice my instincts right there, ready, but not needing to be first off the starting blocks like it has for the past decades... this is a delight, as my life is smoother, more peacefilled and joyous... its like I now have choice what I engage with and the level I engage to instead of feeling like I have no choice and need to go deep into the deep end to have an impact (it never worked anyway 😉)
Before you explain who you are, people are already experiencing you.
Welcome to Perception Model Management SKOOL community. As a gift, I would love to offer you your personal LifePrintOS Home Flow-State Perception Profile; a perceptual lens and window into who you are when you feel most at home, most unguarded and most fully yourself. This is not another personality test or a label designed to place you in a box. It is a living map that helps you understand: - How you are conceived, perceived and received by others - The signals shaping the meaning people assign to your words and actions - The deeper meaning behind what drives your emotions and behaviour - How people closest to you naturally experience your presence - What happens when you move from a Growth Mindset into a Protective Mindset - How to return to a more conscious, connected state of flow When an invisible pattern is finally given language, something powerful happens: ✅ You gain choice. ⁉️ You realise nothing was ever "wrong" with you, you're not broken, damaged or lost. ❤️ You can communicate with greater clarity, understand your own reactions with more compassion and become more intentional about how you show up in your relationships. Your profile will reflect your own unique Home Flow pattern. This is our welcome gift to you with the hope that it helps you see yourself more clearly and gives others a more accurate way to see you, too. Click2Engage and receive yours. Welcome. We’re genuinely glad you’re here. In Presence and Resonance

An invaluable tool for your personal integrity toolkit as you step away from conditioning and performance and into self mastery and presence...not only with self but with others too.

@Justin Furness and even if there is difference of perspective or direction there is no conflict
I'm confused... Coaching? Mentoring? Therapy?
Typically people who want to grow look for either a coach, a mentor or a therapist if there's deeper systemic trauma. 🌍 A mentor shortens the learning curve by sharing what they’ve already lived. ⁉️ A coach helps you to see the patterns and uncover the “why.” Both are valuable. Neither is complete on its own. There’s a third conversation that over 20 years of experience rarely gets named: When you already know the how… and you already understand the why… yet the same patterns keep showing up in new clothes. That’s not a knowledge gap. It’s not even just a thinking gap. It’s a perception-filter and protection-loop massive chasm; the deeper architecture that keeps the old identity running the show like a character on a stage performing for the crowd. This is the work of facilitation: making the invisible system visible so you can redesign the patterns themselves, not just operate more skilfully inside them. The rare professionals who can move fluidly between all three; coaching, mentoring, and facilitating are the ones who can meet you exactly where you are and take you further than any single approach alone. That’s what The LifePrint Operating System was built for. Our certified Analysts and Facilitators of Change are trained to read the full pattern matrix, surface the filters that distort perception, and guide systemic rewiring that turns protection loops into coherent growth patterns. If you’re ready for more than insight or advice… If you want the conversation that actually changes the system that runs you… Join our community as we Journey ever deeper into Identity and Perception Model Engineering and Management. If you're curiously fascinated by what you are and have interests at the edge of Quantum Biology, Unified Field Theory, Applied Behaviour Science, Quantum AI, Advanced Consciousness Models and The Science Of Resonance this is community is home. If you are frustrated and super annoyed with generic cookie cutter frameworks and labels that strip away your agency, autonomy and sovereignty or you feel stripped of your authenticity and have tried all other approaches only to be left with quick fixes that don't stick or you are still looping and your reality is just not changing or worse still you feel like you're just sitting on the sidelines while everyone else is getting results and you feel like a ghost in your own life then this too will be home and change is on the horizon.

The thing I truly value is the learned ability to recognise my patterns, helpful and unhelpful and then pattern interrupt the unhelpful and unhealthy ones in such a gentle, non-judgmental way... breaking the patterns has become a pleasure, because what's on the otherside is more amazing than I could have imagined.
Most conversations either push people away… or pull them closer.
It works exactly like magnets. When the poles are the same, no matter how hard you try, they resist. You can force it. You can push harder. You can use better techniques. It still won’t connect. But the moment you turn one around — suddenly there’s a clean, powerful pull. No force required. Your conversations work the same way. Most of us were taught to “communicate better” by adding more — more techniques, more frameworks, more words. But the real shift happens when we stop speaking *at* people and start creating the conditions where they can move toward us. That’s rapport. That’s resonance. That’s the foundation of trust. And when that connection is present, results stop feeling forced. Clients open. Sessions deepen. Change actually lands. This is what I mean by **Connective Conversations**. It’s not about becoming a better talker. It’s about becoming easier to connect with. Curious... Where do you still feel resistance in conversations with clients (or people in general)? Drop it below. I’d love to hear.

So many layers, and I am delighted to be turned around..and the more aligned, coherent connections I experience. We all can benefit from this awareness and the understandings that unfold through learning about Connective Conversations
