Game Changer Alert: My new video agent is Live!!
Hey everyone! I just launched a video agent on my website, and I can confidently say it’s a total game-changer for how we interact with visitors. Here’s why it’s exciting: ✅ Instantly engages users with personalized responses ✅ Saves hours of manual explanation and follow-ups ✅ Turns casual visitors into leads effortlessly ✅ Provides a seamless, interactive experience like never before I’ve already seen the difference it makes — visitors are staying longer, asking more questions, and converting faster. If you’re curious about how AI-powered video agents can supercharge engagement and boost conversions, I’d love to share my setup and learnings.

So how did you solve this knowledge base problem for your agent to know what to say
Voice AI is finally usable… but only if one thing is right
Lately I’ve been spending time with voice agents, not from a hype angle, but trying to see where they actually help in real workflows. One thing that surprised me is how much conversation flow matters. Same model, same script, but if interruptions feel awkward or responses lag, people instantly lose trust. While testing different setups, I started using Feather Ai and noticed calls felt calmer. Less repeating, fewer awkward pauses, and smoother handoffs when things got complex. Not perfect, but closer to how real conversations work. Feels like voice AI is finally moving from “cool demo” to “actually usable,” especially for inbound calls. Curious how others here are using voice agents today - support, sales, reminders, or something else?

So how did you solve this issue?
Calendar Ops
What I learned is that most AI voice agents don’t fail at booking. They fail at reschedule/cancel because they don’t know which appointment to touch. Bad flow: “What time was your appointment?” (people don’t remember) Good flow: 1. “What phone number did you book with?” 2. Pull appointment(s) 3. If multiple, read options 4. “Confirm: cancel Friday 11 AM?” 5. Execute + send confirmation
