Asking Agents to film
Question? How are you guys asking agents to video their listing? I'm getting stuck! I have been going to New build communities and they don't mind. But agents are a little hesitant when I ask! Any suggestions??? 🤔

Hi Terra, several of the ones I’ve done I already knew the agent. But, I did do one the other day and didn’t know the agent. I called him and introduced myself and told him I was going to schedule an agent preview of his listing and take a few pics/video to post on social media. And , I’ll post courtesy of who ever. Is that cool? We had some small talk and he was great with it. What brokerage are you with? You might check to see what homes are listed with your brokerage and contact those agents. You are doing them a favor promoting their listing. It’s a win/win.

Repurpose Existing Content ♻️
Don’t reinvent the wheel every time! Repurpose your content across different platforms or even repost content that performed well in the past. If a Reel got good engagement, break it down into shorter clips, or turn it into a static post with more context. Examples: - Turn a blog post into multiple Instagram Reels. - Use clips from a YouTube video as Reels or Stories. - Share a popular Instagram post on LinkedIn or Facebook.
