That’s exactly how I’m envisioning it — not as four topics people study, but as a progression they repeatedly live out inside the community. KNOW is where we establish truth: knowing God more deeply, understanding His Word, and identifying the beliefs or “boxes” shaping our thinking. HEAR is where we develop discernment: learning to quiet the noise, recognize God’s direction, and separate His truth from fear, ego, culture, and our own assumptions. STEP is where it becomes real. Members identify the next faithful action and actually take it. We’ll celebrate movement, but we’ll also hold each other accountable when we’re hiding behind more learning instead of acting. Then comes MULTIPLY. That’s where the transformation stops being only about us. What has God taught you? What has He brought you through? What gifts, experience, resources, relationships, or opportunities has He entrusted to you? And now: Who can you serve with it? Inside the community, I want this progression to show up through teaching, reflection questions, challenges, member conversations, accountability, testimonies, and increasingly practical opportunities to serve and help others. But there’s an important piece: MULTIPLY doesn’t mean you “graduate” and leave KNOW behind. It becomes a cycle: KNOW → HEAR → STEP → MULTIPLY → then go deeper and begin again. The more we know God, the better we hear. The better we hear, the more confidently we step. The more faithfully we step, the more God can multiply through us. Ultimately, I don’t want NBT measured by how much content members consume. I want it measured by changed lives — first in the member, and then through the member into the lives of others. Transformation that terminates with us isn’t multiplication.
