We're hiring a Outbound Coach/CSM with a 10-15k/month earning potential! JKD helps marketing agencies and consultants build predictable outbound systems with cold email and LinkedIn, and I am looking for a full‑time Client Success Manager so I can get out of day‑to‑day fulfillment and double down on growth. Your mission: Own client outcomes from onboarding to renewal. Get clients activated, booking appointments, and ascending into our higher ticket backend offer. You will: Run 1:1 onboarding calls and set clear action plans and deadlines Co host group coaching calls with me at first, then eventually own them Proactively check in and hold clients accountable to the work & results Audit client offers for cold traffic readiness Audit and improve cold email and LinkedIn outreach scripts Troubleshoot Clay tables, enrichment, and outbound issues Track activation, results, and stuck clients Send successful clients to my or the sales team’s calendar for renewals and ascension calls You must have: Real GTM outbound experience Experience dealing with clients as a CSM or similar job title Decent Clay skills (custom tables, enrichment, troubleshooting) Perfect spoken and written English Love talking to clients and willing to challenge them Extremely organized and meticulous with tracking Able to work EST friendly hours (within 3 hours) Based in Europe, North America, or South America Available 40 hours per week Referral bonus: If you refer someone for this position that we hire and keep after the first month, we’ll pay you 2k.
