Help
I have my first client on a trial. They dont have Quickbooks or anything to indicatethe job is done. They dont want a CRM so how would they send out the review request?

@Farhad Hossen currently everything is done by phone and paper invoices, cashapp or zelle. I've showed them the CRM he said hes not interested right now
