Sometimes the week doesn’t need to get easier. Sometimes you simply need to come back to center. Before you rush into the rest of today, take one quiet minute. Place your hand over your heart. Breathe in slowly. And ask yourself: “What am I carrying today that I do not need to carry into tomorrow?” Maybe it is someone else’s mood. A conversation you keep replaying. Something you wish you had done differently. A fear about something that hasn’t even happened yet. Notice it. And then remind yourself: I do not have to solve everything today. I do not have to understand everything today. I only have to choose how I will meet this moment. Today, choose peace where you can. Choose kindness where you can. I wanted to share something exciting with you all. This week, I’ll be traveling to Washington State for two very special reasons. First, I’ll be participating in the filming of a documentary with Evolve Studios, sharing part of my journey, my take on consciousness, life & death and the work that has grown from it.
