I wanted to share something exciting with you all. This week, I’ll be traveling to Washington State for two very special reasons. First, I’ll be participating in the filming of a documentary with Evolve Studios, sharing part of my journey, my take on consciousness, life & death and the work that has grown from it. While I’m there, I’ll also be attending the IANDS Conference — a gathering centered around near-death experiences, consciousness, spirituality, and the deeper questions many of us explore right here inside Soul Shift Academy. It feels meaningful to have these two worlds coming together in the same trip — sharing my story through film while also being surrounded by conversations and people who are exploring many of the same things we talk about in SSA. I’ll take you along with me where I can and share some of the experience with you. ❤️ Keep me in your thoughts and prayers as I travel, film, connect, learn, and allow whatever is meant to unfold from this experience to unfold. I won’t be able to have our Financial Reset class today, but I don’t want us to lose the momentum we’ve been building. So instead of class, I want to give you one very simple practice for today: 💰 Make Today a Money Awareness Day For today only, pay attention every single time money leaves your hands. Whether it’s $3, $30, a bill being automatically deducted, something you order online, groceries, coffee—anything. Before or after the purchase, simply ask yourself: Was this intentional, automatic, emotional, or necessary? That’s it. No guilt. No judging yourself. No trying to suddenly become “better with money.” Just notice. Because one of the biggest parts of a financial reset isn’t learning how to hold onto money. It’s becoming conscious of the relationship we already have with it. Tonight, take five minutes and look back over your day. What surprised you? What did you spend without even thinking? What felt good to spend money on? Was there anything you realized you really didn’t need? Remember: awareness comes before change.
