System unavailable?
I keep getting a message that the system is temporarily unavailable. Is anyone else experiencing this? Or does anyone know what to do? I have already tried logging out and logging back in.

@Varvara Todorovic Hi, I’m still experiencing issues with the assistant not responding, as well as some buttons missing from the formatting/review tool. Do you have any idea when these issues are expected to be addressed?

@Kim Devlin Yep, I got an email too. As long as they’re aware that the issue is broader than just an isolated bug, I have complete confidence in the team and trust that they’re doing everything necessary to address it properly 👍
Free Promotion on KDP
I recently did a 5 day free Kindle book promotion for a newly published book and got 41 sales. Zero royalties obviously. But whats really bothering me is that over forty people downloaded a free book and not one left a review. This was my first free promotion so I don't have anything else to go on. Is this a normal experience, can others tell me of their experiences with free promotions? Is it worth is or not?

For what it's worth, I struggle to get reviews too. It seems to me like a fragile process that cannot be addressed globally, but each step must be really on point: incentive, gathering mail, offering a bonus, incentive to leave a review with a photo, etc. So it's hard to completely dismiss a path like Kindle promotion. I think it's worth asking ourselves which steps can be problematic: is there a clear incentive to leave a review? Multiple times? Do you make it clear that it would greatly support the book? Is the reader grateful (bonus, etc.) and wants to "thank you" by leaving a review, etc.?

@Nigel Howard I feel you! What keeps me moving forward is realizing that, as a publisher today, I would literally crush the publisher I was six months ago, simply because of everything I’ve tested and learned since then. The books I was publishing six months ago wouldn’t stand a chance against what I’m putting out today. I’m already making sales, but they still rely too much on “luck” or on things I haven’t fully mastered yet.
Our biggest update yet! Writing Tool 2.0 🎉
We reworked the heart of PublishFlow! You are now able to write books… …more detailed …more polished …and faster ✅ First big update: Developmental Editing We added a Development Editing layer, analyzing your book and optimizing it in the following areas: - Finding redundancies - Solving logical gaps - Adding more value to the reader - Improving the overall structure and flow - Helping you getting an overview of the book It models a real human developmental editor and is the biggest quality improvement we ever added for the writing tool so far. ✅ Second big update: Global Proofreading The proofreading now moved from the chapter by chapter section to a global layer. This means, after you finish your book and it went through development editing it enters the final step: proofreading. Like a human proofreader it is the last quality gate before your book is publish-ready. We also improved the structure of the proofreading. Before, it humanized and proofread your book. In addition to that we now are able to imitate human line editors. This results in more professional writing final versions of the text. ✅ Find a detailed explanation and tutorial of the new updates below 👇🏼 We hope you enjoy the new update and test it right away! It is available for all PublishFlow users for all new books, and also existing books: app.publishflow.com If you have any questions or feedback, just let us know! We are as always happy to help.

My comprehensive approach to successful publishing in 2026 [Skool Exclusive]
✅ Since you guys liked the last Skool Exclusive video with Roman, I figured I’d record a new one. The topic is a concept I’ve been mulling over for weeks. And one I’ve already teased a bit in earlier videos. It’s primarily about one thing: 👉🏼 How to combine branding and hype. The two main approaches of successful publishers can be broken down into these two: 1. Brand building, thinking long-term 2. Capitalizing on hype, making a lot of money in the short term Especially over the past two years, hype has become very lucrative. People like me, who do a lot of branding, have therefore been keeping an eye on hype publishers for quite some time. The biggest problem so far was that hype and branding weren’t really compatible. At least, that’s what we all thought. 😅 But last year in Q4, I combined the two... and it was so successful that I’ve spent the last six months racking my brain trying to figure out what the systematic strategy behind it really is. That’s what this video is about. Or rather, the script I’m skimming through in this video. The long-term goal is to create a longer video for YouTube, in which I’ll explain this topic in even greater detail. Until then, though, here are my thoughts on the subject Feel free to share your thoughts in the comments. Any input helps me further develop the concept. 🙌🏼 Best Andrey 🔴 P.S. We just released the new Meta/Facebook Ads Creative Tool in the Visuals Suite. All Pro users can now create Facebook ad creatives for their ads. I built this mainly for myself because I was sitting there a few weeks ago and waited 30 mins to create 10 split test variants for my new facebook campagin. Now I can create those 10 in less than 5 minutes with this tool :D I hope you like it as much as I do. If you run any Facebook ads, test reader or sales-driven ads, for example, this will definitely help you a lot! 🎉

Interesting approach! I will think about it for my next publication.
Best place to share feedback and feature suggestions?
So far, I’ve mostly been using the supporting features in PublishFlow, such as the Book Optimizer, visual tools, translation tools, and similar features. I’m now starting to use the actual book-writing workflow more seriously, and I already have several suggestions and pieces of feedback that I think could be useful. What would be the most appropriate place to share this kind of feedback so that it’s helpful for the team? Should I post it here in Skool, or send it somewhere else? Thanks!

Hi @Andrey Bernhart, Thank you for the swift answer and for the update. It’s great to hear that the writing tool is currently a major focus. I’ll gather my feedback and send it rapidly, eithr through the support chat or directly by email, so it can be useful while these optimizations are ongoing. Thanks again!
