Calendar Updates - Are these still going on ?
Hi Brian, will there be further live session, i get a reminder once a week, then i look a couple of times?

QUESTIONS!
Hey legends! 👋 Hope you're all doing well. I'm thinking of running a live session soon, and I'd love your input. What would you like me to focus on? - Grasshopper scripting workflows and techniques? - Design references and where to find inspiration? - Developing your own style? - Data trees, optimization, plugins, or advanced topics? - Live problem-solving and Q&A? - I'd also love to make it more community-driven—maybe we can review each other's work, share WIPs, and give constructive feedback. Drop your ideas below! 👇

@Lourdes Tames That is a very good idea... Parametric fabrication!
Private Bird Aviary Concept – Seeking Feedback on Two Grasshopper Approaches! 🐦
Hey everyone! 👋 I've been working on a small private bird aviary design and wanted to share the concept with the community. To explore the geometry and structural form, I tried testing two different Grasshopper methods. I'm sharing the Gh definition attached below . I'd love to get your thoughts, feedback, or suggestions on how to refine the parametric workflow or optimize the data structure for this scale! Let me know what you think! 🙌

Shahabaz, this is a really elegant concept. The geometry feels purposeful, not decorative, and the transition from the sketch logic into the finished aviary is especially satisfying. I like how the repeated structural ribs create both enclosure and visual rhythm without making the space feel heavy. For Grasshopper, I’d be curious to see how you’re controlling panel density, curvature, and member spacing across the dome. That seems like the key area for refinement and optimization. The result already feels calm, refined, and very buildable. You’ve clearly thought about both form and experience. Nicely done... the birds may end up with better architecture than most humans. Which part of the Grasshopper definition are you finding the most difficult to refine at the moment?
NEW SESSION OUT NOW!
A new Premium tutorial session has just been uploaded to the Classroom. In this session, we'll recreate a pavilion-inspired parametric workflow in Grasshopper, drawing influence from the 2013–2014 ICD/ITKE Research Pavilion. Starting from a simple set of circles, we'll explore techniques such as point distribution, Graph Mapper-driven deformation, remapping, lofting, and data management to generate a complex architectural structure and its characteristic woven panel patterns. Throughout the tutorial, you'll learn how to build a fully parametric definition that allows for flexible form exploration and pattern customization, while gaining a deeper understanding of Grasshopper workflows for architectural design. The tutorial is now available to all Premium subscribers through the Classroom section of the platform. Not a Premium member yet? You can get access to this tutorial and the entire library for just $7 USD/month. Simply head to the Classroom, select any Premium session, and subscribe there. With over 25 tutorial sessions already available and more being added regularly there's plenty of content to explore and learn from.
