SOME COSTS TO CONSIDER WHEN BUYING PROPERTY VIA AUCTION.
Buying a property at auction can be exciting, but the purchase price isn’t the only cost to consider. You may need to budget for the auctioneer’s fees, buyer’s premium, legal fees, stamp duty, mortgage or auction finance costs, valuation and survey fees, insurance, and potential renovation or refurbishment costs. Understanding these costs before bidding can help you avoid unexpected expenses and make a more informed decision. I’ll continue with more costs to consider in the next post. #AuctionFinance #Auction360 #PropertyInvestment #RealEstate #Mortgages

I've never bought from auctions before, and I know there are some good deals at auction. Just requires one to understand how and where to look for potential issues, and how to price them into your offer. Unknown Unknowns
