@Lucas Torres yeah I think it works alright. 3-4 days per week is good for this type of training

@Lucas Torres barely I do a few dips and pull ups at the end of my intense for some hypertrophy but just a couple sets of each
🤸 If You Could Master ONE Calisthenics Skill in the Next 6 Months, Which Would You Choose?
Imagine you could focus on one skill for the next six months and finally get it down. What would be your target? 🔥 Planche — incredible straight-arm strength and body control. 💪 Front Lever — mastering a strong horizontal hold. 🙌 Handstand — balance, control, and shoulder stability. 🚀 Muscle-Up — combining pulling power with a smooth transition. I think one of the most interesting parts of calisthenics is how different the journey is for everyone. Some people progress quickly with static holds, while others are better at dynamic movements. The key is finding a progression that matches your current level and staying consistent without rushing into skills you're not ready for. For tracking progress, Google Sheets can help you record hold times and reps, while Notion is useful for organizing training goals. If you enjoy sharing your journey and connecting with online communities, Floment.ai is another platform worth exploring. Which skill are you chasing right now, what's your current level, and what's the biggest obstacle stopping you from achieving it?

I'm going for planche and front lever. I can already do muscle up and hspu and on a good day I can hold a front lever. I feel like the hardest thing for me is identifying my exact bottleneck so that I can target it in my training.
Protraction in planche
Whenever I do planche my protraction is good for first few seconds but after that it goes to neutral position and all my sets are the same what should I do?

Try using a band or regressing a bit or just having more of an intention of pushing into the parallettes and keeping as high as possible

Good hold but one observation is that ur shoulders are in a neutral position

@Atul V.k preferably you’d want as much height as possible
Losing my strength
I lost my strength i could do straddle planche but now I am struggling to do bent arm press and advanced tuck planche hold due to this I had a 2-3 days of rest even then I feel weak. What should I do?

@Atul V.k oh that’s weird doesn’t seem to be overtraining or anything maybe u should just have some active recovery sessions throughout the week and reduce ur normal sessions
