🛠️ Tool Drop: 3 New Ones Today (All Free)
Dropped three new tools today. Here's what each one is. 1. Creen AI - 40+ video and image models in one tab, no account Sora 2, VEO 3.1, Kling V3, Nano Banana Pro, Seedream - all behind one page with a free daily quota and no signup. Generate a still, animate it into a 1080p clip, export. Real seed control and negative prompts, which almost no free tool gives you. 2. Graphify - cut what Claude Code wastes on file search Open-source knowledge graph for your codebase. Index once, and Claude queries the graph instead of grepping every file to get oriented. Free, Apache-2.0, 109k stars. Developer tool only - skip it if you're not shipping code. 3. Seven free Google AI tools most people never open Stitch, AI Studio, Opal, NotebookLM, Pomelli, Gemini Canvas, and Nano Banana. Design a UI, build a workflow app, turn documents into podcasts and decks, generate on-brand social content from just your website URL. Pick one. Use it this week. Then tell me how it went in the comments 👇

🚫 Quick Poll: What's the one thing you still refuse to hand to AI?
Everyone talks about what they've automated. Nobody talks about what they quietly still do by hand. Be honest - there's one task you could hand off tomorrow and won't. Vote, then drop a comment on why that one's off limits. I'll break down where the line actually belongs (and the three places most people are drawing it wrong) 👇

The first line of anything I send. Claude drafts parts of my newsletter, but it has never written the opening - that's the part people decide on in about two seconds. Everything downstream of that is fair game: research, outlines, automations, client builds. My actual rule is boring: if it's a judgment call I'd have to defend to someone, I make it. If it's execution, it runs without me. Most people's line is way further back than it needs to be, and it's costing them hours a week.
Ruflo - Multi-Agent Swarms for Claude Code
Full walkthrough in the resource library HERE Free, open-source harness that turns Claude Code into a coordinated agent team. A queen agent plans and delegates, worker agents (coder, tester, reviewer, architect) execute, and everything runs on a shared vector memory that persists between sessions. Heads up: it was renamed from Claude-Flow to Ruflo, so most tutorials link to the wrong repo. One command to try it: npx ruflo@latest init wizard Two honest caveats - it's a developer tool, so skip it if you're not shipping code. And running a swarm eats usage fast, so set up model routing (cheap models for the workers) before you go wide.

Day 17
Question: Do you keep the connectors turned on all the time? or should you turn them off?

@Lisa Tercheria I personally leave them on all the time. Really depends on the chat, but totally personal preference. Just make sure they're on for the correct chats in which you wanna use them.
