Your PETS Are Your Responsibility
We all keep PETS in our energy field: P — Projections, patterns, programs (and the beliefs, fantasies, and illusions feeding them) E — Entities, emotions, energies T — Thought forms, triggers, ties S — Spirits, stories, shadows Here's the thing about pets: you feed them. You house them. Whether you adopted them consciously or they followed you home from your conditioning, they live with you now. And they're yours to tend. Notice how they feed each other, too. Your shadows become your projections. Your stories generate thought forms. Your patterns keep old emotions on the payroll. These aren't four separate categories — they're one ecosystem, and you're the one keeping it alive. And what keeps the whole ecosystem fed? Your fear. Fear is a magnet. It doesn't repel what you're afraid of — it attracts it. Whatever you fear, you feed. Whatever you avoid looking at, you magnetize toward you. Your fear pulls your illusions into form, and then your illusions confirm your fear, and around it goes. This is why so many people stay stuck: they think avoiding their fear keeps them safe, when avoidance is exactly what keeps the magnet charged. The fear you won't face is the leash on every PET you own. Think of them as viruses in your field. Not to shame you — everyone carries them. The distortion isn't having them. The distortion is believing you're the exception. That you're more special than another person, that your particular thoughts, beliefs, and fantasies don't need looking at. That belief is itself one of the viruses. Why does this matter now? Because as the frequencies rise, light amplifies whatever it touches. It doesn't sort your field for you — it turns the volume up on everything in it. If you haven't dealt with your viruses when the light says choose, your PETS get amplified right along with your clarity — and your fear, still magnetic, still pulling your illusions toward you, gets amplified too. The question becomes: will you have the focus to see yourself through it?

This is a great post...I am reflecting. I think I have some deep pets that I feed around the topic of money. One showed up today that I didn't want to look at. I will be paying more attention in the coming week to see how this goes.
The Movie That Got Past Your Defences
Deep in The Territory, hidden among the many lessons, there is a file called The Modern Campfire. It is about movies — and about something movies do that almost nothing else can. Some truths cannot get through the front door. Tell someone directly that their limitations are just stories, or that the harsh voice in their head is not really them, and the mind's gatekeeper folds its arms and refuses delivery. But wrap that same truth in a story about someone else — a spoon that will not bend, an idea planted in a dream, a game against an opponent who was never really there — and the gatekeeper waves it through. It is only a movie, after all. Then the credits roll, and something in you knows it was never only a movie. That is why a film can do in two hours what years of being told the same thing directly never managed. The story slips past your defences and drops the truth exactly where it needed to land. Some of the best therapy you have ever received came wrapped in a movie ticket — you just did not call it that at the time. So here is the question for the fire tonight: What movie got past your gatekeeper? Not just a film you enjoyed — a film that dropped a truth so hard it changed you, one you were not ready to hear any other way. Share it below: the movie, and what it smuggled in. Your answer might be exactly the story someone else's defences are waiting to wave through. And when your journey brings you into The Territory, keep your eye out for The Modern Campfire — the full lesson goes much deeper into storytelling, symbols, and how to watch as a reader instead of only an audience. The fire is lit. What movie was it for you?

Lorenzo's Oil is one that really had a huge impact for me. It gave me the determination and courage to help my son who has Down syndrome through diet and nutrition. It also helped me to build the belief that diet and nutrition can have a much greater impact than we know. Also the help from the other side that comes when I do my part.
How Giving Met Receiving
Here is a lovely poem that I stumbled on one day by Celia a bilingual poet... There once was a person named Giving. And Giving gave way too much because they loved people deeply. But nobody treated them as such. Giving started to feel empty. Giving had little left to give. And Giving started to feel like they would never fully live. Giving met Taking. But Giving didn’t know how to let go. And Giving lost everything, but never really let it show. Taking eventually left— taking everything it could. And Taking never looked back, even when Giving hoped that they would. Giving sat down at a bench, where now Giving met Time. And Time told Giving, “Everything’s gonna be just fine.” Giving sat there for a while, waiting for someone new. And Giving started to wonder if someone was waiting for them, too. Giving eventually stood up. They walked around the block, where Giving saw somebody who was sitting next to a clock. Giving knew Time, but they didn’t want to interrupt to greet. So Giving kept walking as someone stood from their seat. Giving wondered about them— but Giving was afraid. Because Giving had always given, but that love had never stayed. But Committing wasn’t afraid. And Committing knew how to give. So Committing ran up to Giving and taught them how to forgive. Committing met Giving and introduced them to Receiving. And Giving became so abundant— they forgot they ever knew Leaving.

Finding Radical Wholeness
Hey everyone, I wanted to share something that feels strangely well-timed. Over the last week, I’ve had a few subtle prompts — synchronicities, conversations, references — all pointing me toward the work of Ken Wilber. I finally followed the thread. I just started listening to Finding Radical Wholeness, and I have to say — it feels like it landed in my life at exactly the right moment. Many of you know I’ve been deep in: - Organizing spirituality - Understanding intelligence as layered and structural - Deconstructing old identity frameworks - Integrating emotion, nervous system, and awareness - Moving from fragmentation into coherence And go figure — this book is addressing all of that. But in an organized framework. Wilber lays out what he calls five dimensions of development: - Waking Up — spiritual realization - Growing Up — psychological maturity - Opening Up — expanding multiple intelligences - Cleaning Up — shadow integration - Showing Up — embodied participation in life What strikes me is not just the concepts — it’s the structure. He provides a map. A pathway. A way to organize inner work without collapsing it into one dimension. It feels aligned with the direction I’ve personally been moving:Not just awakening…Not just nervous system work…Not just emotional processing… But integration. I haven’t finished the book — I’ve only just begun — but it already has me genuinely excited about where this could lead internally. Because when something helps you organize what you’re already living, it changes the way you move forward. So I want to share it with you. Not as a recommendation you must follow — but as an invitation. See if it resonates. See if it meets you where you are. See if it feels timely. I made a post inside Seeking the Spiritual → Recommended Reading, where I go deeper into: - Who Ken Wilber is - What Integral Theory means - Why this book may matter right now - And how it connects to the themes we’ve been exploring here

Sounds like an interesting book. Thank you for sharing.
Have you ever heard of Emotional Invincibility?
It was a new term to me too. And when something new catches my attention, I don’t dismiss it—I explore it. So of course… I made a class on it. 😉 Emotional Invincibility doesn’t mean being cold, numb, or unaffected by life. It means developing the capacity to feel deeply without being hijacked by what you feel. To stay present under pressure. To respond instead of react. To let emotion move through you without becoming your identity. This topic weaves together nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, boundaries, and resilience—not as concepts, but as lived skills. If this sparks your curiosity and you want to understand what emotional invincibility actually looks like in real life (not the tough-it-out version), I unpack it more deeply in the Emotional Landscape class inside Radiant Health. Sometimes awareness doesn’t come from having answers—it comes from being willing to explore new language for experiences you’ve already been having. ✨ See you in the class and remember to green check the classes that you have explored ✨
