They want to have inspections waived on a residential land deal “ there’s nothing to inspect” with $5k emd and demanding 50% of any fees associated with assigning if any and wants to choose the Attorney and approve any end buyers. How would you guys handle this kind of seller i’m sure he understands some wholesaling and wants to avoid that for some reason?
